You either have condensation build up from temprature changes that has collected in the pump and ruined the oil or your seal kit has gone bad on your pump and needs to be replaced. Drop the oil. flush out the pump to clean it and replace the oil and run it if after running it it becomes milky you will have to replace the seals and packings.

Actually now is the time to jump all over it. The republicans did not listen and were voted out the dems have now had a chance for change and..... nothing. No change no improvement again hollow promisies and band aid "fixes" paid for on credit that our grand children will never pay off.

We were contacted by a restaurant that wanted to use a organzied barter service for hood cleaning. the barter company is basicly a credit card that charges a fee (4%) for the barter to start then you can barter among the members. The first 6 months was free then there was a fee after that. The problems were: The barter network did not have services we could really use The Barter value is based on what other companies need there was alot of use for what we did but I did not need cake decorating, condo rentals in Atlantic City NJ or free towing within 100 miles of DC. The killer is taxes you must pay full taxes on the assesed value of your work no matter what at the end of the year for services you may or may not of gotten your value from. Not worth it in my book A face to face barter works much better

It's steady but the majority is night work. Also the insurance is easilly triple what other pressure washing requires and must be SPECIFIC to KEC work.

Soda blasting in food service Industry
Alexy replied to invbrock061's question in Having A "Blast" (sand, soda, dry ice, etc.)
First off what are you going to clean? The rendering line, the processing line or the packing line? Each has diffrent rules fromt he FDA as far as what you can use and the degree of "clean" you need to clean to. -

Adams Injector vs. GPHigh Draw Injector
Alexy replied to TiogaWindowCleaning's question in Residential Pressure Washing
Adams, Very reliable works well with a longer hose and is easilly rebuildable. Depending on what you are downstreaming they last a pretty long time too. The general ( chinese junk) and the like I would pass on completely. I have a bin in a van that has about 14 of them that are dead from the seals the seats or springs being bad so they don't hold up too well. the adams lasted a good long time ( 8 months) for us we do KEC work and they get used just about every night. we switched to the check valve ones made by Bob at Pressure Tek and they have been going good for a year or more before they need replacing. -

Snow removal, plow required, southern md.
Alexy replied to gutterdog's topic in Contractor Help Wanted - Job Leads
Good luck, I am pretty sure all the plow trucks are spoken for in the DC area for the next few days. The real money will be the transmission shops for the next month fixing all the transmissions, transfer cases and front hubs on all the trucks that get burnt up in the next 4 days pushing snow -
nope. Works just fine on a hotsy we have
