Unloading the truck tonight when I felt sick, real sick. I lean against the side of the garage and start to puke all over the place. I must have woken up a skunk next to the garage because it sprayed my in the face while I was puking. Perfect end to the evening.

My machine sits inside a trailer, Wells Cargo 14 foot with a side door. It's in the front next to the side door with the muffler pointing out. Never had a problem with the heat.

A regular client is purchasing an apartment complex in Atlanta and asked if I knew anyone in the area. Little to far from Massachusetts. :)

Have you tried new plugs? I know you're getting spark from the coil but the plug(s) might be failing.

If Kohler had any integrity they would swap out that engine for a new one and study the old engine for the source of the problem. A different customer has had or will have this problem and it would be nice if Kohler knew the solution right away.

That's the way to do it Doug.

I sounds electrical but I don't think it's heat related. It ran for four hours without a problem then suddenly quit. If a component was failing from heat it would show up much sooner than that, probably within fifteen minutes or so. Russ is correct, check for a spark the minute the engine dies. Keep an extra plug with you. Check the strength of the spark now while the engine is able to run and then check the spark at the time the engine fails, I'm sure it will be a weak spark. By bet is a ground fault. Something in the magneto is becoming loose and causing a ground. Start with simple things first like disconnecting the ignition switch. Hope that helps a little. - - - Updated - - - I sounds electrical but I don't think it's heat related. It ran for four hours without a problem then suddenly quit. Sitting on the beaches of the Black Sea at this moment watching all the pretty Bulgarian and Russian women. It nice that most of the ladies are topless. Good thing I'm wearing dark sunglasses or my wife would kill me.

Are any of my messages getting through? -
I got done washing these two tanks last week for Massachusetts Water. I knew I did a nice job and they would be happy with it but I wasn't expecting them to offer me the contract for the entire state of Massachusetts. Score!

Thanks. Maybe I can start cutting back a bit on residentals jobs.

Didn't know it was your 25th birthday; that's great! Hope you took the day off.

Thanks for your hard work of this site. If not for people TGS would not be what it is today. On an unrelated note I was thinking about you when a friend and police officer was shot to death at the end of my street two weeks ago. He was answering a domestic call. Kevin Ambrose rest in peace. John, I think you made the right decision to leave that job.

I'm not really sure what I originally asked. ;)

The above was my original post about making my own vinyl lettering. I got the machine and am having fun experimenting with it. This thread really came off the tracks!

You shouldn't even be using a pressure washer to clean the roof. -

Please don't use any type of rotary surface cleaner on the roof, especially a tar-shingle roof. -
Been Using M5 X-jet, looking for more! Advice Please.
Rick2 replied to lapressurewashing's question in Residential Pressure Washing
Just pull the chemical hose off the Jet and rinse. Honestly, I don't see what the debate is about. -

Just swap the tips for a 40 degree when you're finished; What could be easier? The worst thing that could happen is to drop the chemical tip on the grass and spend 10inutes looking for it. -

Believe those previous posts. XJet the high stuff and downstream everything else. It takes seconds to clear those hoses out. -
Don't even consider muriatic on it. Search oxalic and find all your answers.

I showed that picture to my wife and told her it looked like Christ. She said it looked like "some sort of scary thing."

Ha! How true is that!?
