clean streak

hello I am looking to get into post construction cleanup , just wondering how to price something like this i believe i am going in twice once after framers, and once after drywall should i charge by sq ft of the house or by the hour thanks for any advice

I am thinking about hiring a part-time salesman for my business I started out as just a pressure washing bus. but i recently expanded into parking lot power sweeping I am wondering how i should pay someone for this job. I would like to just give them a percentage but do i give them a percentage of the initial cleaning or sweeping or of a total maintenance contract and what should this percentage be? thanks

where can i get one of those flexible water dams that i can put in front of a door to stop water from going underneath? thanks

since oxalic takes like an hour to start to work and when i use it on concrete i dont rinse it off should i do the same on the house, cause if i spray it on and let it sit for an hour its gonna be dry. thanks

I got a call from another contractor who installs fence, when they were setting the posts they use ready mix in the back and then add water, some of the powder got on the ep henry pavers and they never swept it up when it rained it turned hard on the pavers. there are alot of little of little ones that look like splashes an a few larger spots. they want me to try to clean it tommorrow any suggestions thanks

I had a painting contractor come to me and he needs a wood building washed before he re-paints it. The building has t-111 wood siding it is already painted grey from a few years ago. the shady sides have some mold so i was wondering if i can x-jet bleach (house wash mix) onto it and rinse it off just like i would a house. I know it will remove the mold, but can you use bleach before repainting or will it cause problems? thanks

Is it possible for me to hook a 4.5 gpm @ 3000 psi to a 4.0 gpm @ 4000 psi machine together to get around 8 gpm for rinsing, im not concerned with raising the psi just the gallons per minute thanks
