here in nc most of the guys just downstream the outside of the gutters and if the customer wants the black streaks off then we would charge extra, i dont know diff. areas may have diff expectations for that but if it were me i would charge a bit more

thanks beth, i had to strip it of a solid color house paint so i thought i turned out pretty good for what i was givin, and frank it is the 205 series, thats what i have the best luck with

just interested to see how some of the best measure and price the rails for cleaning and strippin/ staining?

i started my biz about 6 months ago, im 24 right now and i wish i had started right out of high school lol, i am fortunate enough to have 2 trailers one fully paid for with a 25hp 8gpm on both and a 24hp landa hotwater on one. i guess when im in my 30's ill look back and say i was happy i started in my early 20's

im sure you are fine in swansboro man, im in the raleigh durham area where the drought is servere but still no restrictions against powerwashing yet. i have been told by city officials a few different times at jobs that as long as it stays at a 90 day supply or more than they will not fine contractors or powerwashers for using water. so im sure you will be fine. you will get a warning first then i would go from there
