My new brochure and flyer - take a look!
R. Williamson replied to Hydroservices's topic in Documents, Forms & Proofs
I would say Keiths the man again, but you would think I stutter or something! -
Last weekend I was changing the oil in my wifes gas guzzlin SUV. I slid the oil pan to the side and slid out from underneath it so proud that I did not get one drop on my mint garage floor. Filled it up with oil pulled the it out and ran over the pan. I didnt slide the pan out far enough. So much for a mint garage floor!

Thought about, but never did it. See....work can be fun!

This is true but more than likely the low pressure seals would leak when water was forced. Also as Paul stated does the engine shut off or does the pump lose pressure?

Scott, I cannot control the spending away from the beach either, just a good excuse not to get sand in places that I did not know I had. -

R. Williamson replied to Beth n Rod's question in The Club House
Ken, I personally do not like the beach, I cannot control my wifes spending when she get near the ocean. She is a beach junkie. I am trying to not let her see this thread so she does not know the beach is an option:) -

I think Williamsburg would be the better choice it's more family orientated and less expensive. -
The Good The Bad and the OH S**T

First thing to check is spark. Second if you have spark, check compression. If you do not have spark, check the key switch by disconnecting the kill wire and try to pull start. The white smoke could have just been gas entering a hot combustion chamber without spark to ignite it. Those engines have two coils. I have not seen them go both go bad at the same time. There is a diode in between the two coils that goes bad but one of the coils would still have spark enough to make it run but badly I do not feel this is what you problem is though. If it has spark the engine is in bad shape. The compression test will tell that. -
That sounds like a great plan Celeste! I think October would be better in that neck of the woods as far as cold goes. We could always move it south a bit, say your backyard:)

I prefer sometime in the fall.

I will do anything to help. Great idea John!

The only time you risk removing the paint from the gutters is under two scenarios. The home owner has repainted the gutter over the factory finish or the oxidation in the paint is completely through the finish. This is how F-13 works by removing the oxidation layer of the paint where the black streaks are locked in and leaving the gutters shiny because it has removed the oxidation.
-
I have been using Potassium Hydroxide based products since I was a kid with my dad to clean painted surfaces. I have never stripped paint off of a gutter with F-13. Potassium Hydroxide based products are more safe than Glycol Ester (butyl) based products.

I did not even see where he said that he did it at first, I was just thinking another great job by Keith! -
Lance, You need to adjust the regulator on the Shurflo to not cycle as much and change your injector to a 5-8 gpm. On a side note this only works on pressure type unloaders. Mike, the X-Jet works under high pressure with no back pressure after it pulls the chemical into the stream. A higher velocity of water will create more pull. With a downstreamer this is not obtainable. The reason this method kills injectors is that it fatigues the spring that keeps the ball off the body of the injector. This is why injectors fail the extra pressure from the Shurflo increases the speed of failure.

Plumb a Shurflo to the inlet side of the injector you can get 5-1. It kills the injector in about a month, but injectors are cheap.
