A 13 hp Honda engine will last for about 2000 hours. The pump is the weak link but will still last a few years of moderate work.

Work until I make enough to live off of what I have saved, keep working and donate all the profit to autism and metabolic research.

Alan,
Typically when I see this problem it is the pressure switch. With your ohm meter check the wires coming off the switch with it still in the case. The plunger sticks up slightly and leaves the switch activated. The reason I say this is because all the other components fail causing an open circuit not a closed circuit like you have.

The longer Simple Cherry is mixed with chlorine the less it will smell like cherry. Simple Cherry does not completely mask the smell of chlorine just helps hide it some.

I don't personally know Russ, but every post I have seen from him has been spot on and everyone that does biz with him I talk to says how great his service is! This will be a great chat.

It's the keyways I have seen fail at higher hp, not the gearbox.
-
Gear boxes are fine up to 20 hp but above that it your asking for trouble!
-
I think the small containers would not be cost effective for Simple Cherry. The bottles, labels and packing would increase the price by about $6.00
-
Sounds like you have a flow type unloader. You need to increase the nozzle sizes.
-
I am all ears! I was trying to keep the price as low as possible. But if every want buckets, that can be done!

Bob bought me a pony. Can I use this in my customer testimonials?:)

I have been pressure cleaning since I was a kid, I have never seen that happen!

The term expert is subjective from the view point of the person calling someone else an expert. If you call yourself an expert I think you are just waiting for someone to come by and prove your not.
I prefer the word "proficient". Websters defines it as: well advanced in an art, occupation, or branch of knowledge.
We all have new things to learn. An expert to me says that you are the absolute best at what you do. The way I feel is no matter how good you are there is always someone better!

If your stack temp is at 200 degrees your coil is absorbing as much heat as it can. A stack temp higher than that is just a waste of fuel.
-
You should be at a max temp of 200 degrees at the discharge of the coil. If not, a 1/4 gph larger fuel nozzle could help or increasing the fuel pressure may get you where you want to be. Either way, you will need to readjust the air bands for the increased fuel volume. I wouldn't do the bypass the water thing...unless you get a professional shop to covert it to a combination machine (steam or hot water)...you could mess the machine up or get hurt...Take Russ's advice he is dead on!

I would not go with more than a 16" surfacer with that pressure washer.

I would say Keiths the man again, but you would think I stutter or something!

Last weekend I was changing the oil in my wifes gas guzzlin SUV. I slid the oil pan to the side and slid out from underneath it so proud that I did not get one drop on my mint garage floor. Filled it up with oil pulled the it out and ran over the pan. I didnt slide the pan out far enough.
So much for a mint garage floor!
