Hello all, I have been reading your forums. You guys really all are experienced and very intelligent with your knowledge. I work for a property management company in Charleston SC. My boss is making me into Mr. "handyman". My new job is going to be cleaning and staining a customers Teak furniture, and its a lot of furniture. My job is to learn how to correctly do this. I have to buy a power washer, cleaner etc. I have never power washed. I would eventually be doing decks as well. Do you recommend chlorine bleach over HD80 efc3? I ask because the different companies we use to do this and do houses all use bleach. I am asking because I want do this as professional as possible (why am here). For decks and furniture could I use a pressure washer from lowes 300 - 500 dollars? Any help would be appreciated. Thank You
