3 to 4 on verticals and depends on the client. I use some ABR stuff mostly RS. ABR get "s to dirty and moldy. It has mineral oil in it. But as for restoring an old deck there is nothing better . I might use it first then switch to RS the next year. This year is going great getting jobs I don't have to go quote!!!!!! -

James replied to sturgisjr's question in Wood Cleaning & Restoration - Decks, Fences, etc.
LeT your work and knowledge speak for its self. I don't use a contract and I do some bigwood jobs for deep pocket people. And I use BLEACH. I jot down the quote on the back of a pizza box. The smell of the pizza gets me some work. This aroma marketing works!!!! -
Strippers
James replied to CLASSICPW's question in Wood Cleaning & Restoration - Decks, Fences, etc.
I don't mask or use tape when stripping. I will block an area with card board or something. I want to be able to rinse. I'm always rinsing down ajacent areas. Tape holds the stripper. -

James replied to rambo's question in Wood Cleaning & Restoration - Decks, Fences, etc.
Dale your information is for a building not a deck. A deck has major moisture issues to contend with. I never use film forming finishes on a deck ( floor ). -
