1:1 or 2:1 is the norm.The stronger mix will cut down on the dwell time.We do a lot of fastfood drive thrus and the few extra dollars of chemicals is more than offset by the time saved.

I think RPC and Sunbrite chemicals are blended by the same company in Atl,Ga.

Instead of boycotting the local Exxon station why not call their HQ and make a complaint?If you want your voice heard,let them hear your voice personally. Do you honestly think not buying gas for one day will hurt their bottom line that much?Do you realize how many people not buying gas for a day it would take to make a dent in the oil companies profits? P.S. Mike is correct the station owner is only making pennies per gallon.I know 2 station owners that could not stay in business if they only sold fuel.

We are equal opportunity cleaners so washing a mobile home is no big deal for us.However,it will not happen for $30. A typical single wide $90+,double wides $125+,triple wides and modular homes are prices as if they were stick build.Then there is the upsell for carports,door mats,kids,dogs and whatever else they can come up with.On occassion we will clean the mold off one of the blocked up cars just for the fun of it.

Sodium hydroxide for the grease,oil and gas.Oxalic acid for the rust. Since you are using cold water give the sodium hydroxide at least 10-20 minutes of dwell time.Once you have cleaned and rinse apply the oxalic to the rust. If you are xjetting the oxalic.....2 pounds to 5 gallons of warm water should do the trick,but there is always a possibility for a second application.

We already pay that for 10.5% to 12% now.It's jumped about $.65 a gallon over that last year.

The satisfaction you get from doing something for someone else is hard to decribe.We do no charge house washes for those who can not afford them all through the year.Usually the elderly in the community or our church who have been sick or in the hospital but,we have also done a couple for families with special needs children who's budget is stretched due to high medical bills. This year we are hoping to do at least 12 house washes for those in need.To date we have done 3.Sometimes it's not all about the money or publicity but,about helping your fellow man.

Look everybody a chance to debate percarb~vs~bleach. Joel, There are 2 schools of thought on cleaning mildew/mold from decks.Both work and are very effective.Once all of the "woodies" have spoken decide which will work best for your situation and forge ahead.Good Luck!

My first car was supposed to be a 1966(the year I was born) GTO my grandfather(original owner) parked in his barn in the early 70's.In the 81 the house and barn burned along with their pet poodle and the GTO. I ended up buying a 1970 mustang witha 3 speed.Learned to drive stick shift on I-10 during the 3 hours ride home.

Seems as though replacing them would be the best thing to do.

Be sure the building is actually stucco and not dryvit.

Why not build a wand(Phelps Wand) out of PVC like those used for cleaning roofs?You could use the inline ball valve to adjust flow to a ceratin degree. You might have to use a small I.D. PVC but it should be pretty easy to put together.
