I've had the problem before also..... I say strong bleach but watch it..If it doesn't change... You will have to remove the silicone.cause the mildew is under the 1st base of silicone..................good luck...... Marvin

I've noticed alot of recycled plastic decks being built this spring...I would think they would be easily cleaned with out the harsh cemicals....Hmmmm

I must express myself..................I deal in mostly " Hazmat " got a clue ? turned over trucks. Crash with death , .... Obviously, your nice clean come home to Momma Bussiness is good.....How about a call in the middle of the night...Cause a kid ......driving ..flips a truck.....and guess who dies..? The truck driver......Who gets charged ? The truck.... I do hazmat..and I've seen all the dirty stuff..... My job is real.....some day you may want me on your team.........
