I cleaned 4 out of 8 buildings on a condo property and another PWer did the other 4 buildings for a renovation company. I worked for the HOA. I got a call from the HOA prez a week or 2 later and he was a nice guy and he asked what we used to clean the building. I asked him why he was asking. he told me they have a real PITA resident claiming that she & her little dog got sick from our PWing and that she got overspray on her & her dog. She said they both were vomiting and had diarrhea. I tol;d him I had the same thing, there a virus going around. He told me they always have problems with this PITA. I told hm it wasnt my chems but he asked for the MSDS's just in case. I told him I would send them, but I told him she has no case and told him to tell her to go to a doctor or lawyer, she has no case. I got off the phone and then I thought, the PM had told me there was a few PITA's in the complex, but the biggest PITA was in a building we did not do. I called the other PWer I know who did the other buildings and asked him if he had any problems. OH YA, he told me about this lady & her dog and she complained to him a couple times saying he got her and her dog sick. He said she is in her 30's and a real NUT CASE. So I call the HOA prez back and ask him what building this lady is in and he told me hshe wasnt in my buildings so I asked why he's asking me for my MSDS's. She claims she was walking near our buildings when we were washing. NOW this B**CH already had complained about the other PWer and then even after she claims she got sick from him, she a couple weeks later comes around when we are washing and claims the same Bulls**t. We posted every building we washed and the mailbox area and it states residents & guest to stay out of all work areas. Now this lady is full of crap and I'm really not worried about her at all, she isnt going to have any case and i dont really think she is trying for a case, because she hasnt gone to a doctor or lawyer from what I understand MY QUESTION is do I have to provide the HOA or anyone on this property with MSDS's. I usually wouldnt care, but why should I give these MSDS's to someone that may use them against me. Im thinking let her get a lawyer which I dont really think is going to happen, but if she wants my MSDS's let her get a subpoena, screw her!!!!!!! The HOA prez just said he wanted them just in case, I told him she should get a lawyer if she has a problem. I feel like telling him I rather not give him the MSDS's and tell him why and leave it at that What do you think? Now I could give MSDS and i dont think thats a big deal either Screw her

Hey Myrtle Beach is going on the map. We scored a Democratic Debate for Jan 2008. Its a pretty big deal for a tourist town like ours. Will give our area National & World exposure and bring in millions$$$$$$ I already am working on a flier to send to local hotels and area restaurants. Emailing a couple of my PM's that run big properties at the beach and will be emailing & faxing all my PM's to let them know we are ready to clean anything in advance for the debate Have the #'s for the venue and Chamber Of Comm and the senators & reps to let them know about JL I figure do a full advertising assault and see if we can get some properties to use us to get the Dirty Blvd cleaned up. I'm looking forward to the event it will be interesting to see. I'm excited, Media from all over the world. Maybe I can get CNN Wolf Blitzer to wear a JL T Shirt LOL I bet John T will be here just so he can spend some time with his lady Hillary. Call me when you get in town John , you gigolo

Thank God your child will be alright. Get an exterminater in there and check the entire house. We had a local bee man in our town as we were growing up, he became an expert on bee's, some how 2 walls of his entire home got infested with bees. He actually dismantled parts of his house to get them out and studdied bees. when ever people in our area had bee problems they called him, he ended up breeding bees & honey Get your whole house checked

I went after them the 1st couple years. didnt have much luck at all. Most just seemed like they didnt want to bother

Here's our newest set up. its got a lot of work these past couple months since we got it. Its got a 5.6 & an 8 GPM cold water on it. Its a good condo rig and I have plenty of room to add hotboxes when I want. 2 water supply lines with Hudson float values. I learned from my last 5.6 & 8 trailer rig that one water supply often isnt enough to keep up, thats why the 2 supply reels (one on each side) Got the GMC at a real good price they had some nice rebates and I had it lettered right away. I'm pretty happy with everything and can't wait to see what the rest of 2007 will bring The picture was taken at a complex we did about a month ago it was 191 units and with 2 trailers we did it in 5 or 6 days. with the 5.6 7 8 gpm we are just cruising through complexes got to love the PW biz Jeff

Thanks I try to think of stuff to make it easy and have everything we need. we carry a lot of stuff and I always have extra of just about everything so there isn't much down time. All trailer or trucks have a couple hundred extra feet at least of pressure & water line, spare parts, surface cleaner, fire extinguishers, shovels, brooms, squeegee, plastic, different chems etc etc etc We carry a lot of s**t. But we get calls some days and I'll have a PM aswk can I get this or that NOW! We usually have what we need or you go to a job and we cant do it and I'll send them to other things, I like being prepared. we even carry 2 spare trailer tires on each (usually) I have had 2 tires go before and wasted a lot of time chasing around a tire(Lowes usualy has them in a pinch. I need more tool boxes and will figure them in on the new trailer Some of the other fabrications are for equipment protection and may double for something else, like a ladder rack etc Jeff

I was going to get one of the ones you put in your pick up with a pump, but most are for diesel and the gas ones cost and have some major regulations. Its not to bad filling, we make sure all the machines are filled at the end of a day and then in the morning we just roll up to the gas station and fill the can I'd like to have a large tank , it would be nice

The newer 2007's with the new body style ride a little higher. I saw a GMC 2500 thats real sweet Next year I want to buy a truck for me, not to pull a trailer. I almost dont want to wait. I want a 3/4ton 4x4 quad with some nice extras. I just keep saying I dont need it. If the rest of the year goes good, ...................... Maybe:)just maybe. It will be a ford or gm

The gas cans & tanks are temporary placement for now, my other trailer are set up with areas for fuel cans. On my other open trailer you can see we added a frame to hold 3 cans on each side of the trailer in front of the wheel fenders, it sticks out slightly past width of wheel fenders. I like it set up like that and then the enclosed I had made a 2 level bin which holds 6 cans. I'll come up with something for the new rig, just havent put much thought into it yet. I have 150' feed line on the reels and could hold another 100' i think The pressure reels hold about 450 we have usually 400' on each

I have Dodge (just totalled), Ford, GMC trucks, Chevy SUV and a Mercury Marquis You can see I'm not to loyal to a brand, Althou since I had a tranny go in the dodge at 70+K and I know of a couple others that had to replace trannies in Dodges early, I'd probably never buy another dodge , althou I love the looks of the dodges

Bob from Pressure Tek built the last rig, he just welded a frame and attached the 4 hose reels. I didn't want to use up floor space on the trailer so thats what we came up with. In between on the floor is a 50 gallon chem tank and I'll be have a tool box built in the frame. So I'll have 3 things in one area saving a lot of floor space A good idea and a good welder can really help a stock trailer come together I'll be adding a few more things to the new trailer when it slows down a little more. I will have some diamond plate added in front of the machines for protection Water tank is 325 gallon

I bought that truck with trailer suspension & heavy duty transmission and its only for that trailer rig, we dont ever carry water in the tank. I will be adding a spring to it. It sits fine but is low, I figure an added spring will bring it up. its a good strong truck and pulls nice You are right thou my Ford 250 pulls my bigger trailers nice

Hey is there any PWers out there around Randolph Mass. Its 15 minutes south of Boston My best freind all my life lives in Randolph and he's a brick Mason by trade and I was telling him he should get into PWing residential. Things have been slow for him. He's going to get a 4gpm belt drive to start and some odds & ends and he'll be working out the back of his pickup. If i could find someone in his area that is a good PWer I'd like to see if he could come and learn a little about PWing. I'm still in one piece. We had a great time. My little fireworks display lasted 1 1/4 hours with my bro in law & I lighting it one after another and a real good finale. It was great and a lot of fun. We had the 325 gallon tank filled with water and the 8gpm ready to go in case we burnt any lots up no problems just a bunch of happy kids....I'm a kid at heart, I had a great time Happy 5th, back to work in a few hours

On such a small job $300., what is it you need a lift for? You cant reach it with a 40 ft ladder. You can rent a ladder cheaper and get someone to help you put up the ladder I wouldnt raise your price, its bad. plus if I had some doing a job for $300 and they wanted to charge me another $150, I wouldnt go for it Why the lift? I strongly suggest putting some kind of Rhino Liner or Line X product on the floor and up wall about one foot. Its a little pricey, but you'll never have to worry about spilt fuel or chems ruining the wood. I have it on all my trailer floors open & enclosed. If you plan on keeping your trailer for a long time do the Rhino/Line X, then you can get a industrial oli or epoxy for the walls. As for set up do your tank & machine over axle. good luck with your new trailer, enclosed are great. You have great storage, you can put hooks up to hang stuff, just a lot more room...that will be used up fast, but at least you have the room JL
