Jarrod. I think you're out of line and maybe think about it, you started a lot of this and I could tell a lot of this was in Jest, but I guess you couldnt. Like I said near the beginning "What are you up to" A lot of people were probably thinking it too and then you just said we were all wrong , but you wouldnt tell anyone how you do things other than hire skinny guys!! You started the game but got mad when no one wanted to play by your rules. you should of just come to the point instead of just leading everyone to the slaughter As for paying $500.00 to see you in St Louis, maybe you should try it at the next meeting and see how many pay. Nothing against you Jarrod but RT's are for sharing not charging. Dont quit your day job I'm pretty sure a lot of these people who do wood and have been around dont need YOU saying its all an excuse To bad you got so mad, I was surprised, just remember the hand you bite today might be a hand you need tomorrow Its to bad you posted on that stuff on your last post. But I know EVERYONE still knows you're OK......except maybe poor Charlie:lgbonk: I'll shut up now and let the weak people have their way with you LOL:lgsideway -
Well Ive been booking up April & May and some in june and I knew more was coming from other PM's. Well IT CAME. I got a call from a PM that has tons of properties and he has mentioned us doing them after pollen season. some we just did 5-6 months ago some a year ago and a couple we never did. This PM is one of my regular ones and just a heck of a nice guy He Called and said DO THEM ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL We are talking some VERY LARGE properties. I havent even counted how many buildings in all. I know 2 of the properties i had planned would take us 3 weeks each and then there are 5 other properties that will take 3-10 days each You know I was getting excited before this, now I'm just getting nervous, plus i have SEVERAL proposals out there for other PM's I work for and some of them are large properties, not counting the proposals Ive just recently done for properties Ive never dealt with befor THIS IS FRICKING AMAZING Time to buy some more equipment and hire some people I have a couple guys from VA coming in for the summer and work I can tell you guys its to the point of being scaryyyyyyyyyy and that was just this one call YES I CAN, YES I CAN, YES I CAN I asked for it, now I got it Just excited now I got to go into the computer and actually figure this alll out for scheduling and hiring, damn i hate putting ads in the newspaper YESSSSSSSSSSSSSS:banana:  :groovy2: The KING Lives at least for the next several months Flipping amazing, just had to share it with you all that put up with me THANKS Jeff

Got off the phone with a property services guy a friend of mine a few minutes ago. He is the guy from the very beginning of my company that has opened so many doors for me & my biz. He's somewhat responsible for about 40-50% of my work in one way or another, by the PM's he's sent my way Well he was at a meeting with a HOA board , he is going to be taking the maint. over from another PM company the HOA is getting rid of. He had me do a proposal up for the 30 buildings and he was going to submit it to the HOA. He was in the meeting he got the property. As they were talking over maint stuff the HOA Prez brought up PWing and my guy said he has the best company on the beach (US) and the Prez stated that he has a company that he'd like to try. He got the company name from another HOA that we did their property. My guy just listened and then the HOA prez handed him a Newsletter from this PW company and my guy just laughed:lgsideway My guy handed him my proposal................................ He said everybody laughed The Newletter was MINE same as the proposal was MINE. My guy said the HOA said I guess we know who we are going to use. My guy told him he uses no one else but JL and its a done deal Tell me life isnt good. Got to love it Newsletters WORK!!!. The Newsletter came from a regular property of mine. My guy said he is going to start a newsletter now ....cool WHAT A DAY I"M HAVING:lgbounces

Do one every 3 -6 months. Mines not all that special. I put in one main thing every time . Like talk about roof clean and what the stain are, or concrete cleaning. I'll take something out of Cleaner Times or from here. I'll put jokes in. I put letters from customers, I'll put in what projects we did and whats coming up, its a lot of fluff stuff too. It doesnt have to be the Sunday Newpaper just a page or so. Its to inform a little and get your name out there to people. I've seen some a lot better than mine. But heck for the time it takes it pays off in cases like I just got this job and the newsletter helped try it JL

The dangers of constant chemical inhalation.
Jeff replied to itswillist's question in Residential Pressure Washing
I'm sure it has its ill effects, I worried about the same thing. I did talk to my doctor and he said it shouldnt have an effect since its out side use. But I'm not sure he's an expert on it either You can wear a respirator, but must dont -
I like enclosed better I can store way more stuff I have a 7x16 enclosed and a 6x14 open. The enclosed you have all the wall space I have guns, extra hose extra surface cleaner all on the walls of the trailer and I still have floor space. I have 3 55 gallon drums one for 12% one for concrete cleaner and I have anther for house wash soap siimple cherry I also have extra 5 gallon buckets and other chems. It just holds everything i need and the open doesnt come close for storage like the enclosed Open is nice too i just prefer enclosed

You funny for a................... Debt..........I'm lucky I pay all my bills and get to save. To much to fast can be dangerous thou. I will just be getting a couple cold water 5.6's there perfect for the condo work and I can add them to the trailer I already have. Some of my older 4gpms I have, just have had it, to much to keep replacing parts and these 5.6's are to replace them. I buy when i need, not when I want. Thanks for the words of wisdom and you are right to be careful. I'm lucky to be able to work with these PM's and usually can work out anything. Mistakes I avoid like the plaque. Can they happen (mistakes) of course they can, but thats part of what i like to handle. yes I had to go outside after I posted about this and just have a smoke, sit and think, took a deep breathe and will be working on things this weekend between family stuff. I just have to get myself in the groove and go from there Flipping amazing:lgsideway , when this PM told me a month or 2 ago we would be doing everything, I thought he meant over the whole year, not just call and say DO IT ALL NOW, WOW!!! We will probably have it all done by the end of June or into July??? or close to it THANKS PHILLIP, I will always be as careful as I can, thats how I am now Got to love the PW BIZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AMAZING

I'm pretty sure thats what it was Russel, it amazes me how some people are just not quite right. hope thats it Thanks

I am going to get a 5.6 cold water machine to add it to my enclosed trailer for condos. My question is I want to raise it off the floor about 3 1/2 - 4 ft to save on floor space, I'll have a frame welded for it. Will I have any problems with it drawing from the tank because its up higher? Also I will be having an exhaust pipe put on it and running it out the floor, does having a exhaust pipe 4 ft or so restrict anything? Thanks Jeff
