There were a couple mexicans that cleaned a two story house about 2500 Sq Ft down the street from my moms with a bugsprayer and a garden hose. took em forever. -

Pricing Deck Sealing

On my estimate sheets I have a description block. That way I can list things seperatly with prices for each service. ie... Deck cleaning $$$$ Stain/Seal $$$$ Total $$$$ Somthing like that. -

Hey I started out calling other companies but I told them "I was starting a PW biz. They sent me to TGS. Best thing ever. -
I am going to be cleaning the new Pregnancy Resource Center here in the county. I am volunteering my service and a chruch is going to paint it when i'm done. I was wondering about contacting the local paper and letting them know I was going to be doing that on Friday. Is that tacky? Please let me know your thoughts on the matter and tell me your experiance if you did something similar.

Thanks for calling earlier. Hope I was able to help some. As far as PMing. I think you have to have a so many post in order to PM. Cause I can't figure out how to pm you. Normaly you would click on my user name and a scroll box would come up and you can chose "send a private message to this person". Huh.

you shouldn't need to. If you start filling when you get to the job, by the time you start spraying you will have plenty of water to work with. There was only one job that I did that didn't have a hook up. I just got water from a buddy nearby and gave him 20 bucks. you shouldn't have a problem unless your using like 20gpm. Dane

How long will it take you? Hr...2 hrs...10 hrs? Hrly rate or sq.ft. rate + chems/sealer.

Sorry i still forgot the tip to get a pic. So what you do is, screw the air hose piece (pic below) to a nipple and you got yourself a hi-reaching chem tip. Make sure the diameter is small so you get more distance. Anyway thats it. Dane

Weather can be a pain. It rained here all day. I was doing estimates this morning, thats easy to do in the rain, then I went surfing for about 5 hrs, came back to finish my taxes. It was a good day in the rain. -
Welcome, I have not tried the ladder saver. I make my own tip for $13.00. I'll get you a pic later tomorow when I get back to shop. I can reach three stories with a 5.2gpm and 3000psi. Dane

Wow, this is the largest project I will be giving an quote for. Its a seven story condo yacht club. The estimate is schedualed for thursday. I will get some pics then. If you guys could give me some insight, and I will have some pics when i go on Thurs. I have the equipment and I can get a large manlift to do this job but how to estimat it is the Q. Thanks.

I have been wanting a flashing light for my truck. So finaly I got an amber LED dash light That plugs into my 12volt. It has 19 dif flash patterns. Who's got lights?

Not necessarily. You can still DS and carry the chemical with you, it just sits next to the PWer. As you move the PWer around with you, just set the chem bucket next to it. Its almost the same thing your doing with the xjet just that you would be DSing.

Ken, I just looked that up. I just ordered a box of F-18 but when i'm out of that i'll place and order for the injectable stripper and try that out. Thanx Dan, I do confess I was using a pump sprayer. I usually DS as almost everything but for some reasong I didn't think about DSing F-18. You da man! It was about 2400sq ft in and out. It took me about 3 hrs. It looked good though.
