I know I cried for a week. I'm still getting over it :lgtear: No really, It was a lead from the guy who installed the gutters on their house. I did get a chance network with both the guys who did the PWing and the gutter installation. Dane -

Is This Price Too Low ?

199.00 For a two story 2100-2500 sf seems pretty low. I charge about $250 to $275 for a two story depending on detail and mold sometimes even $300. A guy did my neighbors house for 300 and it wasn't even bad and its basically a perfect square. It is about 2100-2200sf. Dane -
All right guys, don't like house work? Here is how to avoid it.

The only thing is...does anyone have a couch like that??

Is This Price Too Low ?
4000psi replied to Apple Roof Cleaning's question in Residential Pressure Washing
I live in a small area and guys will do jobs for just the peanut shells. 150 for a 3000sf is very low. But the going rate for pro work here is about $150-$175 up to 1500sf, $200-$250 up to 2000sf, $275-$300 up to 2500sf, $325-$450 2500sf+. Some hoods you can get away with charging more, but this is average. Dane -
no thank you. I don't get or lose work yet by not accepting it but I would like to look into it and see who all uses it. Then I get some idea what I need to be looking at. Thanks, Dane

Pressure Washer Purchase Advice
4000psi replied to kubotafan's question in Residential Pressure Washing
My buddy has has had is direct drive running strong for 20 yrs now no probs. CAT pump. Honda 13hp cold. Thats what I am using now. But its only 3.5gpm @ 4000psi. It dose eveything I need it to however, 3.5gpm is not a lot. If your doing residential then its fine. But if your doing flat work it takes a lot longer. I am going to get a 5.6gpm @ 4000psi W/ hot water. I think that should be all you need. Dane -
