  11. Is This Price Too Low ?

199.00 For a two story 2100-2500 sf seems pretty low. I charge about $250 to $275 for a two story depending on detail and mold sometimes even $300. A guy did my neighbors house for 300 and it wasn't even bad and its basically a perfect square. It is about 2100-2200sf. Dane

  15. Is This Price Too Low ?

I live in a small area and guys will do jobs for just the peanut shells. 150 for a 3000sf is very low. But the going rate for pro work here is about $150-$175 up to 1500sf, $200-$250 up to 2000sf, $275-$300 up to 2500sf, $325-$450 2500sf+. Some hoods you can get away with charging more, but this is average. Dane
  16. Do you Accept Credit Card?

no thank you. I don't get or lose work yet by not accepting it but I would like to look into it and see who all uses it. Then I get some idea what I need to be looking at. Thanks, Dane

  19. Pressure Washer Purchase Advice

My buddy has has had is direct drive running strong for 20 yrs now no probs. CAT pump. Honda 13hp cold. Thats what I am using now. But its only 3.5gpm @ 4000psi. It dose eveything I need it to however, 3.5gpm is not a lot. If your doing residential then its fine. But if your doing flat work it takes a lot longer. I am going to get a 5.6gpm @ 4000psi W/ hot water. I think that should be all you need. Dane
