On my estimate sheets I have a description block. That way I can list things seperatly with prices for each service.
ie... Deck cleaning $$$$
Stain/Seal $$$$
Total $$$$
Somthing like that.

Hey I started out calling other companies but I told them "I was starting a PW biz. They sent me to TGS. Best thing ever.

What, you just payed 50 bucks for someone else to make you one...LOL.

i would love to see it!

you shouldn't need to. If you start filling when you get to the job, by the time you start spraying you will have plenty of water to work with. There was only one job that I did that didn't have a hook up. I just got water from a buddy nearby and gave him 20 bucks. you shouldn't have a problem unless your using like 20gpm.

I will, I have been pretty busy. I'll try to remeber.

How long will it take you? Hr...2 hrs...10 hrs? Hrly rate or sq.ft. rate + chems/sealer.

Sorry i still forgot the tip to get a pic.
So what you do is, screw the air hose piece (pic below) to a nipple and you got yourself a hi-reaching chem tip. Make sure the diameter is small so you get more distance. Anyway thats it. Dane

Weather can be a pain. It rained here all day. I was doing estimates this morning, thats easy to do in the rain, then I went surfing for about 5 hrs, came back to finish my taxes. It was a good day in the rain.

the xjet is great because you move the chemical supply with the pwasher. All you need is a long, low cost garden hose to get to the pressure washer. In order to downstream you have to have enough high pressure hose to wrap around the building while the pwasher stays put.Not necessarily. You can still DS and carry the chemical with you, it just sits next to the PWer. As you move the PWer around with you, just set the chem bucket next to it. Its almost the same thing your doing with the xjet just that you would be DSing.

sorry its mine.

Ken, I just looked that up. I just ordered a box of F-18 but when i'm out of that i'll place and order for the injectable stripper and try that out. Thanx
Dan, I do confess I was using a pump sprayer. I usually DS as almost everything but for some reasong I didn't think about DSing F-18. You da man!
It was about 2400sq ft in and out. It took me about 3 hrs. It looked good though.

Thats what i'm thinking.

I have only used F-18 and I know it will work to strip. I know HD-80 will work just as well but have not used it.
Post some pics if you can. someone else will have to help you to decide whether to stip or not...My advice please don't...kidding..lol. nevermind.

Downstreamed? I like the sound of that. How do you mix? I always use a pump sprayer.

Did you do the inside too? What sealer? Looks Great! No sealer just cleaning. I have a hard time landing the sealing part. I have tried and tried but people think they can do it them selves better. I have showed pics told them I have a better sealer product and be as pro as I can but I can't get it. Not in this area at least. But I get calls asking if we can remove stain from vinyl siding? UH...
Yes, I did in and out.

Dane...didn't know where you were going with that subject line...LOL- John
