I bet you would be happy with the ranger for estimates and running around for sure. Better on Ga$.

Are you trying to remove the deck or remove the stain? With gas and a match you would have no problem getting rid of the deck. I just want to be there when you light it. lol

Never let brake fluid and chlorine mix. Not that you would normally mix the two, but it is possible that both could be stored on then same shelf. If the two mix, a fire will start.Naturally I had to see if that was true, so as a test, I poured some of each into a styrofoam coffee cup, and it went up in a blaze in about 2 minutes.
Very helpful! Don't want to mix the wrong chemicles...Thanks Aplus:winkanim:

Were down to #3...Better vote!

Try DwnStrm strait 6% + 1/4 cup Dawn apple blossum in 5er. The soap really sticks to the walls eliminating multiplte aplications of chem. Especialy if your using 6%. My $.02.

Looks like I'll be using QB pro. dosn't it work with TurboTax. I used TurboTax this year, I liked it, but with QB you can download all your info right to TT. Anybody done that or did that this year?

How long after a deck is built or fence or whatever...can you apply a stain or seal? I was told by someone that you had to wait like 6 mos or a year after the deck was built to seal. Whats your thought?
Thanks,

A local hotel needs some windows cleaned inside. They are about five stories high from the floor up. I have not seen them yet. But I have been in touch with the person about cleaning them. Everyone she has called in the area cannot reach them. The hotel just had a marble floor installed so a scissor lift is out. If anyone has any recomendations as far as reaching these indoor windows I would appreciate it.
Also, If anyone is near New Burn, NC and thinks they can tackle somthing like this, Give me a call or pm me for more info. I have no photos and have not seen the windows. But I'm trying to help them out and staying in tough. Thanks guys.

People ask me that all the time. Mainly the ladies. They want to make sure your not doing over the course of a week like her husband did. Sometimes too they just want to make sure its not cutting into there sched. Like the lady who asked the other day this same Q. I have noticed though the ones who ask are running a tight sched and they are ladies. And I think they are willing to pay a higher price to get it done in just a few hrs. Another thing, if they do ask how long before you quote raise the price a little and fit them in asap. Most likely you will get the job. Anyway my $.02.

I started out cleaning windows.:lgbonk: Didn't like that. My three nighbors got there houses cleaned and I thought now thats something I can do. Like you I bought a little unit from Lowes and started researching. I called around to other PWers in other areas to get info. One guy sent me to thegrimescene.com Best advise yet. I worked with a friend of mine who I found out did PWing. did that for about 2 years and did some of my own work on the side. Now I am full time in two counties. Love the work.

I am going to look at a new brick home, very large, on Thursday. The guy wants it acid toned. I am not comfortable, with no experience, doing this alone. It was completed about three months ago.
Heres the deal...Anyone intersted in this job can have it if you would let me work along with you to learn the process. He had two other PWers come out and both declined the job. Let me get some picture up so you can see the job.
Thanks every one,
Dane
