No really, It was a lead from the guy who installed the gutters on their house. I did get a chance network with both the guys who did the PWing and the gutter installation.

For those of you that use a gutter cleaner to remove black streaks off gutters using the spray on and rinse method....How do you reach the gutters??Adrian has a little helicopter for sale. I'm sure you could reach them with that. lol

199.00 For a two story 2100-2500 sf seems pretty low. I charge about $250 to $275 for a two story depending on detail and mold sometimes even $300. A guy did my neighbors house for 300 and it wasn't even bad and its basically a perfect square. It is about 2100-2200sf.

I live in a small area and guys will do jobs for just the peanut shells. 150 for a 3000sf is very low.
But the going rate for pro work here is about $150-$175 up to 1500sf, $200-$250 up to 2000sf, $275-$300 up to 2500sf, $325-$450 2500sf+. Some hoods you can get away with charging more, but this is average.

I like the machine but like I said very low gpm.
What brand unit do you have now..the 5.6gpm?

I have been asked by acouple customers if I accept credit card. I don't but do you? Also, the military only pays with the Card so if I want to get any work of base I need to accept it. What input do you have?

My buddy has has had is direct drive running strong for 20 yrs now no probs. CAT pump. Honda 13hp cold. Thats what I am using now. But its only 3.5gpm @ 4000psi. It dose eveything I need it to however, 3.5gpm is not a lot. If your doing residential then its fine. But if your doing flat work it takes a lot longer. I am going to get a 5.6gpm @ 4000psi W/ hot water. I think that should be all you need.

Wow I didn't know alum was so touchy. I have done a bit of alum with no prob. DSing 6%, with soap.

The builder said being a school area I can't use an acid cleaner. Never done construction cleanup so I really don't know much about it.

Got to take a look at a new construction (brick) at a high school. I need a non-acid chem.
