How often you find other businesses stealing your pictures or artwork?
MichiganPowerWashing.com posted a question in The Club House
How often do you find other businesses stealing your pictures or artwork? I found several websites that did that with my pictures. One even have html link attached, so it's linking back to my website when someone click on it. One company copied almost my whole website...What's wrong with people??? Is it that hard to take picture of your own project before and after? -

It's 48 hours already since I sent that guy an email. I may end up calling him instead. I don't mind sharing pictures to blogs, Wikipedia and so on, but this is the same type of business and it's just not right. I wonder if he also copied my work ethics and quality work...that wouldn't be bad lol -
Unloader leak under the spring coil
MichiganPowerWashing.com posted a topic in Tools, Equipment & Basic Maintenance
I bought new vrt3 unloader, and after first use I notice little bit of water just under the coil. It doesn't look like its a big leak it was just one big drop of water there. I never saw any leaks in this place before on my other unloaders. Is it a faulty one or some kind of normal condensation? Machine is mounted inside my van, so its pretty hot when engine is running, but I don't see any other leaky or sweaty spots anywhere on my plumbing.Any suggestions? Thanks! -

MichiganPowerWashing.com posted a topic in Tools, Equipment & Basic Maintenance
Hi I'm heaving huge problems with Allison Super Suds Sucker. This is second unit and it just doesn't work at all. I have tried everything last year without any luck. This year I decided to play with it little more but I can't find "manual" for it. Does any of you have copy of it so it can be send via email? Thanks in advance! -
Allison Super Suds Sucker manual ( 3-10 gallons )
MichiganPowerWashing.com replied to MichiganPowerWashing.com's topic in Tools, Equipment & Basic Maintenance
Ok .... GOT IT! Here is the problem... We have several different machines, different pumps and setups. When I got first Allison super sucker it came with short manual and all in pieces. I put it together and it worked for very short time and not very well. Second one arrived already assembled from Envirospec. Same issue ... not working. I fixed that today. Water was just going wrong direction... Everything works after switching quick connects. There was no arrows on it to show the right flow direction. Some pumps have female on the outlet and some have male. Envirospec manual doesn't explain that some pumps are assembled differently. We have Comet, AR and Cat pumps and all of them have female quick connects. Envirospec should add note about it in their Allison super sucker manuals. Looks like there is two standards... This down-streamer sucks - and I love it! :) -
Check with different doctor. Some of them are like kids with toys ... they just love to do surgeries even if it's not really needed. Good luck

chem injector problems
MichiganPowerWashing.com replied to Chappy's topic in Tools, Equipment & Basic Maintenance
I really hope that the problem was only with this SSS. If new one doesn't work I give up . I have checked everything - hoses, connections, pump, guns, nozzles , valve ... Everything looks, sounds and work like new ... I never had any problem with downstreamer other than not enough solution was sucked I will keep you posted if I got more grey hair or great suction with SSS :d -

There is many better distributors with better products and prices right here on TGS. I have several guns with different flow rates and different models / brands . I tested many few of them with SSS and I never got any suction. From time to time I used just ball valve to spray some solution but right now this doesn't work at all. I have great pressure and flow but no suction at all. -

No suction at all. I'm lucky to get one broke item from a million of good ones ... again. Should I play lottery ? :D -
chem injector problems
MichiganPowerWashing.com replied to Chappy's topic in Tools, Equipment & Basic Maintenance
Hi This one is on cold water and I was using my "regular" black soap tip. Injector is between unloader and the gun. I installed recommended injector nozzle for my system. I was looking for an arrow on the injector body and I couldn't find one. I'm using this machine with 200 ft of house and I'm downstreaming mix of "bleach" and detergents. I will try to play with it tomorrow and I will let you know if I found the problem or not ... Lucas -
chem injector problems
MichiganPowerWashing.com replied to Chappy's topic in Tools, Equipment & Basic Maintenance
Ok ... here is my problem I can't fix . I have brand new AR pump 4gpm with original downstreamer next to unloader ... used to work for some time ... than I tried to downstream without a gun with just a ball valve on the end ... it worked for some time quite nicely but recently it won't draw anything ... So I bought SUD SUCKER from Envirospec N. which supposed to fix the problem .... I tried it in so many ways and no suction at all. What's wrong ? I would appreciate any input. Thanks -
Trex - host for mildew?
MichiganPowerWashing.com replied to plainpainter's question in Residential Pressure Washing
:lgmoneyeyI have a lot of customers with "Maintenance free" and/or " Low maintenance" Trex decks. I'ts way easier to see mold and mildew on trex decks than on regular color wood ones. Many mildew problems in a first year . I have bunch of pictures of "new" trex decks with round mildew spots all over them .... we should call it trex disease :) Just my private opinion only and hundreds of pictures to proove it ... On many decks which gets enough sun and little or no moisture there is no problem with that ... -

LiveActor for Website.
MichiganPowerWashing.com replied to Scott Paul's question in Wood Cleaning & Restoration - Decks, Fences, etc.
Lady froze many times ... I have super fast internet and pc . I think problem is with server or with "live person" software. I think it's a great idea for a website , BUT I hate when something starts playing or talking automatically when I get to the website. Most big portals starts videos or adds with sound off by default - giving you a choice to listen to it or not. All of "live person" gadgets are very annoying and ServiceMagic should get #1 prize for the most annoying and biggest one. -

That's the first one that I have such a big pressure spike for a second when I relase trigger. I blow already one of my old hoses. Thanks for any help
