Stripping Sealer from Pavers
All Surface replied to MeiersEnterprises's question in Residential Pressure Washing
Great info guys. I have had a number of customers ask me about removing sealer before. Mostly off of Pavered Pool Decks and Pavered Drivways etc... Never really was able to give them an answer. This will be helpful. Thanks! :) -

How many uses for duct tape are there?
All Surface replied to Beth n Rod's question in The Club House
LOL.... I used duck tape just the other day to cover up a bunch of electical outlets for a Pressure Cleaning job I did in Clearwater Florida. My wife actually used it to keep the cover closed on the box that we keep the Christmas tree in. Those things never seem to fit back into the box the way they came out! hahahaha! -
There is a window open
All Surface replied to plainpainter's question in Residential Pressure Washing
This has happened to me numerous times. I just try to be careful. If using a ball valve you can cut your psi and flow down to almost nothing when going around the window. I doubt any water even gets in. -
Happy Holidays to all. :biggringi Enjoy and be safe. :lghohoho:

Using Feature/Benefits to prequalify customers
All Surface replied to plainpainter's topic in Business Topics & Tips
Great job Dan. I must say, it's nice to see a possitive Dan. Normally I don't read through a really long post. I'll just kinda skim through and read what I think is interesting to me. Your posts actually kept my attention the whole time. I've been in sales for many years but I am never one to come on these boards and start preaching on how to do things unless I'm asked. From what I just read it seems like you are finally getting it. excellent posts. If this were a book you were writing I think I would have actually read it front to back. Keep moving foward and stay positive Dan. With this kind of attitude you will make it. 2 Thumbs up!! :) -
Who has a copy of the yellow pages?
All Surface replied to plainpainter's topic in Business Topics & Tips
I've been out of the Yellow Pages now for over 2 yrs and I still do alot of repeats from people who originally called me out of the book. Funny thing is that I got a call 2 weeks ago from a guy wanting his Tile Roof Cleaned in Tarpon Springs. When I asked him how he had gotten my # he said out of the yellow pages. Some people keep those old books for awile. -
:bday: Happy B Day Buddy! :bday: Hope You Had A Great One!

All Surface replied to Chappy's question in Wood Cleaning & Restoration - Decks, Fences, etc.
It sure sucks to be you Jon...:) I'm sure the job may not have been all that pleasant but by the looks of the scenery I think it could have been worse. It does look a little deserted though. Were you able to find Gilligan and the Skipper? Hahaha. -
Thats too funny. Give me a buzz tomorrow. Are you still frozen up there? Gonna be 82 here tomorrow. If I didn't have a Roof to do it would be a good day for the beach.

Very good point mike. Problem with me is that my sh never stays in my tanks long enough to know just how long it takes to break down...I have gone on vacation for 10 days and come back to find that some left over mix still had a good kick to it and that was with soap still in the mix.

Removing spray paint?
All Surface replied to ls1cameric's question in Wood Cleaning & Restoration - Decks, Fences, etc.
Same here....Why did you ever take the trailer with overspray that bad. I would have told them to get it off or keep it. On a more positive note: As soon as you are rockin and rollin you won't even notice the paint anymore. You'll be too busy to even care. :lgkick: -

All drivers licence bureaus across the US are having people come in and renue their drivers lic the next time theirs is going to expire. You'll get a post card in the mail saying you may need to have an eye exam and update your pic. They recently implimented a national drivers licence data base. If you have any outstanding parking tickets, warrants, speeding tickets, unpaid property taxes on homes or vehicles you are required to have them taken care of before they will issue you a new drivers licence. I went Wednesday to renue mine and was informed that I had 2 unpaid speeding tickets in RI. and unpaid property taxes on 2 vehicles in Massachusetts. All of these were from 1988-1990. After 2 hrs on the phone out in the regestry parking lot if found out I owed $1592.00 Real Nice! I was not a happy camper. This is a new system that they have now and it doesn't matter where you live or how long ago the violations were. Just thought I would give you guys the heads up on this...
