  1. Its MERRY CHRISTMAS

Now i stand corrected thanks for the info Rod. Neat. I really didnt know that. And your reply was very nice as well. Just what gets me is just completly taking out the word Christmas and replacing with happy holiday. The fact is it is Christmas just like Happy New Year is Happy New Year and so on. The holidays we have on our calender is marked and seperated for a reason . It would be funny to call all the holidays on our calender happy holiday. But the true fact of Christmas is together and happiness and the birth of the savior of all that want to be. With all that believe that is how i believe Christmas to be, Jesus would be very happy if all believed that way. Marko

  3. Winterize with air compressor?

That is the way i do,when the cold season comes green antifreeze is always in my power washers systems period,i tried rv anti freeze and because it got watered down through my system and 15 degree weather my pump froze which cause a crack so not long ago i rebuild my entire system and wen tback to the old green where i have not had a problem out of. 5. Winterize with air compressor?

:lgkeyboarOk one you havnt bursted any bubbles:lgangry: and for 2 rv anti freeze may be cheaper by the gallon of the shelf but the green is cheaper in the long run and diluted,rv cannot be dilutedcause it loses its protection on the back of rv antifreeze it states not to dilute. Now for the protection of system and parts i guess my friends at PEAK will help with that:lglolly:PEAK™ Antifreeze & Coolant Select Another ProductPEAK AntifreezePEAK Ready UsePEAK Global LifeTimePEAK Global LifeTime 50/50PEAK LongLifePEAK LongLife 50/50PEAK Cooling System FluidsPEAK Radiator Radiator Chemical AccessoriesPEAK Backup CamerasPEAK Battery ChargersPEAK Jump-StartersPEAK Power InvertersAll WeatherSierraDeicer CleanerWindshield WashRV & Marine AntifreezeUltra MeltAdvance AntifreezeFull ForceFleet ChargeFleet Charge 50/50Final Charge Ext. 6. Winterize with air compressor?

:stupid:The"green stuff":lgangry: wont hurt your machine cause if that were the case all the vehicles seals would go to crap:lgbonk: and the aluminum radiator would as well.Like i said i have used it for 12 years and i just rebuild my machine after 10 years of use go figure. One thing it does protect from the cold:lgcold:And also any chemical that you may drink even the rv antifreeze will kill or cause some kind of damage.Rv antifreeze just washes out of the system unlike auto antifreeze. But still poison:lgsick::lgwave::lghohoho: Marko
  7. Winterize with air compressor?

:lgkeyboarAntifreeze is the way to go,the green.:alien:It also helps keep the heating coil cleaned out as well.Been treating this way for 12 years on my main machine and have not had a problem. My buudy treats with window washer fluid, but i like the antifreeze better, goes a long way. Marko
  8. Winterize with air compressor?

Just get a short hose on the supply side or use your supply tank and pour antifreeze into it and turn your pump by hand and keep doing all steps untill you see the antifreeze come out and you will be ready. Marko;)
  9. extension ladder

    I lilke aluminum ladders best.They are tough,light,takes a beating,resistant to uv,all together fiber glass not worth it.:lgangry::lgwave:Marko
  10. Painting Advice

Just an add on i have always done things beyond not enough but beyond. What ever i fabricate, clean, paint, ect. is always how can i say it ,super duty, will be there for years to come that type of thing. I just know these methods has always worked for me and has proven its self in many places. Marko:);)
  11. Painting Advice

I guess that is the problem things have changed i guess i have just always primed no matter what even in my own home but i learned this back in the 80's,lol old school huh, lol. But heck you do this by trade and if you feel this new tech.is enough then it is enough.I know i can tell you know some things use oil primer on oil to change over to latex and so on.You just have to feel what i am saying i learned these proceedures a long time ago and practiced it as lately as a few years ago.Paint with primer properties i was wondering if that really works? Marko
  12. Painting Advice

You just said it the reason you prime is to improve surface adhesion.Basically that is what you said and that is what i have been pointing out.SO FOR THE LAST 15 YEARS THERE IS NO SURFACE OILS OR NOTHING????????Prep,Prime,Paint. That is the only way to go and my mind wont change that.It isnt about selling more product but its about doing it completly right the first time.Just like the trade i am in now there are several methods practiced but only one way to complete the job.:D Marko
  13. Painting Advice

I guess that is the way it is done now but the way i learned when i slaved for my dad as a child to adult hood priming always happened. It was just part of the job.Now please believe i am not knocking you this is just the way i learned,i hate painting growing up in that business just plain made me hate it,lol. But i do know the trade very well and preping and priming is a must. Marko
  14. Painting Advice

I understand you are painting by trade, good for you but all i have done is giving advice.I too know painting very well.Known painting for the last 30 some years. This guy says it has been aroun 15 years since paint has been on it so insteadof half a**ing it the rules are Prep,Prime,Paint. The three P's so remember that painter by trade. Marko
  15. Painting Advice

You have to sand any surface before the paint but one thing you forgot is primer you always prime and prep before paint. Marko
  16. Painting Advice

John first you need to mud all your dings on the walls, then when dry sand all surfaces to be painted, then caulk and puddy all cracks and small holes around trim base boards etc.,if it is painted(the base, trim, crown). After all is dry mask off everything you dont want paint on prime ALL the area to be painted when primer dries your prep work is done then you can paint your top coat. Marko

  24. It doesn't do bad considering the load i pull probably around 12-15 mpg.And with my camper about 8-12 mpg, which isnt bad as well. The power is there and it doesn't strain to get to where you got to go.Had a T100 before this truck v-6 and pulling wise the big block has better fuel milage and pulling power, of course. Now empty against empty loads the T100 did better. From what i heard chevy stopped making the 496,bad decision on there part. The motor is very strong and durable and the combination of the Allison trans. makes it a heck of a work horse. Top of the line for gas jobs.Marko
  25. I like my 02 chevy silverado 8.2 liter 496 big block 45 gal. gas tank with allison transmisson 6x12 enclosed trailer.Lots of mtns and hills here.works the best for my area.Diesel would be okay but no diff. in power. marko
