  1. Black streaks on fence how do I remove them?

    You know that's what I thought. I was pretty consistent all were in almost the sames areas of the fence. Close to the corner. I think it was painted a year or two ago?

    The t bar and squeegee and detail with a rag should be the final step. Just put the mix in a bucket. Get one of the these with a scubber on it and your set. Unger SwivelStrip T-Bar 18"

    Let say 3 gallons of water. 6 squirts on Dawn. 2 or 3 cups of amonia. Just eye ball it. Add a little bit more if needed.

    I'm a window cleaner. I think the best way with the best result is to get up on a ladder and clean them with a scrubber and squeegee. Use dawn and amonia for your solution.
