    Newbie! I am a developer/property manager by trade. Not so much real estate activity has driven me into property maintenance as well. I enjoy the chemistry and fluid dynamics in a nerdy sort of way. I bought a 6gpm 4,000psi machine.
  1. I just bought a GMC w3500 (isuzu NPR) flatbed. I haven't had it long enough to get a read on mileage, but the landscapers all love them. I usually buy Ford diesels, but for the cost, these things are a value. Mine is a 2001 in great shape. I could have bough three of them for what I would have had to pay to go with an f350 flatbed diesel.

    Hey everyone. I'm Dave Nielsen in Pensacola, FL. I got my company off of the ground a little over a month ago (early Feb). I'm focusing on commercial flatwork and buildings. I have really enjoyed the humor and information within TGS. Pretty steep learning curve in this business. I must spend at least two hours per day reading old posts. I am already switching from a trailer to a truck mounted rig (w3500 flatbed) and am in the process of designing my reclaimation system. I wouldn't have ever gotten off of the ground without the people in the forum. So... Hello and THANKS!!!
