Poll: What type of pressure washing rig do you use?
Brad Corns replied to mdspowerwashing's question in Residential Pressure Washing
I have a 5 gallon a minute cold water unit mounted in a van with 300 gallon water tank and also an enclosed hot water trailer unit for residential and commercial cleaning -
Read, ask questions, read some more, practice and be patient. It takes time to build a sucessful business. Good Luck.

Do start ups underestimate what it takes?
Brad Corns replied to Mountain View's topic in Business Topics & Tips
If you take the time and effort to learn all their is know about the business it can be very rewarding. It's not easy, you need to do your research, do quality work, and advertise and promote your company every chance you get. Unlike some businesses, you need to get your name out there, they wont just come. -
Losers in my book. Do your own work and pay for your own ****.

I like the simple cherry recipe with a bit of F 13 thrown in. Eliminates the need to brush on most gutters.

A good website that ranks well is key #1. Door hangers, Home show is great for exposure and if done right will get a lot of interest.

Thinking real hard about it.

Just wanted to see if there is anything one can do when someone steals your website you paid good money for word for word? Pioneerpressurewashingsc.com stole my content and refuses to get it down after numerous emails and phone messages requesting that it get's removed. Today he submitted a fake poor work review on my merchant circle blog. Guy is a total loser

I have the same issue. A guy in south carolina stole my brothers wholes site but took it down when confronted. He then stole my entire site word for word and has not responded to my requests to get it down. He then sent me emails almost laughing in my face. He took it to a new level today when he made a bogus review on a merchant circle blog. Guy is a total loser. Pioneerpressurewashingsc.com. I guess some people like to take the short cut. I'm sure thats how he runs all aspects of his business.

I always do a prewalk thru with customer and take pics of things that may come back to bite me in the ass. When I'm done, I again have homeowner do a walk thru to make sure it all is looking up to expectations. Don't like unnecessary return trips.
