OK I can't argue that our Gov't is perfect. Alot of things should be changed and that is why you want the right people in to make those changes. Still by far we have the best Gov't in the world. There is a reason why we are the most successful Country in the world and our Constitution and Gov't should get some of that credit. I will never support legalizing hardcore drugs. It unethical and wrong. Cigarettes are legal now so they should stay that way. Alcholol is more of a problem because that can kill may innocent people in a matter of seconds. No it should never be made illegal but I do like the laws where if your caught with a DWI and there are cirmcumstances involved(Such as a second conviction) you lose your car to the county with jurisdiction and then your car gets auctioned off. Some places here this is done on your first conviction which that one is debatable but once again most DWI accidents the drunk never had a conviction so do you wait for them to kill someone?? Get the people in place to support your cause is the only way you can get things done..and maybe that person could be a Ryan here or someone along those lines....As for me I'd rather be the king maker and get a Ryan in so I never have any strings pulling at me:)

What I'm aiming at is like having a bulletin board be an online organization. yes I know you get this free but if you where to make it where it cost money and maybe those other numbers I said where way to high, you could build it like an org. but its internet driven. Very complicated to make this ever work but its just an idea that I put out there. Money makes things happen but when you get something for free its a tough sale to make people pay..unless you can prove to them that the return value is worth it.

No this has nothing to do with the PWNA. They took a different direction that maybe be very successful if all there plans work out. Alot of Org's probaby most org's are not internet driven. I'm really talking about an org. that would be based on there success coming from the internet first. It would be a scaled down org. with trememdous potential of growth. Actually it just brainstorming to see what the smaller guys like myself would benefit from the most.

One other thought..ALL VOTES COUNT>>EQUALLY!! In case of a tie then and only then you can implement it where the President can break the tie(This is what my Union does). There is no executive crew who's votes out weigh any other members. This has to be the ultimate communicative type org. where there are no tips in power. This puts the onus on the each and every member to stay abreast because if they don't vote then that can make a huge difference as the same as them voting. This make it where all Votes count.

Yes all members should be treated as equals. Once you stop doing that then the balances tips and out of wack everything starts to get. You could be a huge company with 50 employee's or just a start up company where your about to do your first job. IF your a member you are treated the same. If one day you aspire to be a Board of director you shall always treat all members the same and if someone is not doing that then there should be a committee that looks into it...BUT..with a capital B..every member has the right to defend themselves and it would be like the law of the land...there all innocent until proven guilty.

All great answers and some real valid points. How about some more thoughts from some others even the ones who don't believe in the Organization mentality. Remember this is just a post to expressed idea's and voice opinions. This is not a post to call out other org's by name and saying what they think is wrong with them. This is only a post on what you believe in and what you would like an org. to do if you believe in them. Any more thoughts on this??

Hey Jeff---I agree with ya but my wife likes to break my chops by telling me.."John get a life" LOL..I tend to take my laptop in bed while she is watching TV and I talk about how some guys want drugs on this bb legalize etc. and she says....SOOOOO what do you care?? and I say well it fun debating and chatting with these people around the world who have the same interest as I do.. To take this a step further when I go to the Conventions and head down to the blues part of town like we did in Memphis and hanging with people like myself..man I can't explain it..it was all FUN FUN FUN!!!

Whatever I do though I want it close to my home. My thinking is the same as Jon Fife and time on the road is money lost. I would need something no more then 15 minutes from my home.

Tony Szabo has a real nice set-up in his backyard. If he see's this post it would be cool if he showed his set-up. I may have to get a warehouse myself. The problem here is that everything is so expensive. Just to have a place to park my 24ft box truck was anywhere between $200-$1200/month. Insane( I since sold the box truck so that solves that problem). The other thing here is that you would most likely need to have a heated storage space and that adds alot to the bottom line. As for now I have a detached 1.5 car garage that stores a bunch of items and since I have two driveways the one on my left goes into a 30' x20' slab in my backyard and also I have even more space behind my Jacuzzi. There I may put up a temporary garage set-up to store my swabby trailer but eventually I will have to move it all out. With guys going in and out of my house and parking cars on my street its just a matter of time.

As most of you know my term as the PWNA treasurer is about to expire. It was a fun and an interesting experience being a board member there. Soon I plan on joining some other org's that some of you may heard of and some might not have such as NYSPA - New York State Parking Association I'm starting to think that adding more org's to my companies resume is a positive step. I notice that some companies here advertise that they belong to multiple org's. Do you see added benefits in doing so instead of staying with one org?? Do you ever find that you are getting jobs because of your relationship with these orgs?? I can only speak of my PWNA experience and the few jobs I got from being affiliated with them made it all worth it. So what about you guys/Gals that belong to multiple orgs such as WRAPI,*****,IWCA etc. did you find that belonging to more then one org. beneficial to your company. As for the NYSPA - New York State Parking Association since I'm going to target that market there very high on my list.

OK I'll answer first. This is the mystery. Do we need anymore org's? Well how many org's are predominately internet driven?? Not to many from what I can tell.

Congrats Ryan on your newborn. Thats what life is all about. This here is just having fun/ Phillip--the seizure laws are based on when one is proven guilty in the court of law. This could be criminal or civil(OJ Simpson). Don't get yourself all worked up in thinking the Gov't or the Police just come in and take what they want. Its called due process. The beauty of this country is no matter what your always presumed innocent until proven otherwise. Thats the Law and what a GREAT law that is...but if these drug dealers are found guilty then goodbye to what they have and who cares about that. They sell to kids, anyone actually who is willing to spend there hard earned money on there drugs. I also love the 3 strikes(Felony Convictions) and your out. I would like to see that toughened up to if there is a child molestion felony conviction then 2 strikes and your out.I'd say one but we all know that one could be an abberation and possibly a mistake but 2...cya. and if you like to be a recreational drug user thats your thing. I wouldn;t hire you if I knew you use illegal drugs. IF you become a crack infested drug addict you should be taken off the streets because all rational is now lost in your soul. I don't neccessarily condone recreational drug use because that should be your choice but for the drug dealers I would throw the book at them and not pity them one bit.

The guys I'm leaning towards for the 08 presidency are in no particular order, Rudy Guiliani, John McCain and probably my favorite Jon Edwards. Obama would make an excellent VP for now but I think he is just to fresh under the collar to be the President at this time. Oh yea Ryan has my vote if he gets off the legalizing drug position.lol J/K

Larry, I know people that do drugs as we all do. You need to see like Jeff is saying what is really going on in the real "World" and not in your friends cozy environment. You need to see babies born with a crack cocaine habit. You need to see mothers and fathers turning into skeletons who also turn evil and will stab you straight in the eye for that dollar bill in your pocket. This is the reality of it and if you legalize it you will se that magnify 100 fold. You need to get out in the streets and do your do dilligence. Check for yourself and get out of that cozy bubble you live in and search out the answer. Drugs are an epidemic!! Now legalizing that epidemic..well you might as well tag The Proud USA as the modern day..HELL!! Quick story..back in the eighties I get a call for a 1 yr old baby on a window ledge. I show up and the door is locked. A few cops get there and we break down the door. The apt is full of needles and its quite obvious that there is residue of crack cocaine among other drugs. The baby is still playing on the ledge..a couple of inches she goes down a 2 stories and probably dies a horrendous death. We grab the baby who's diaper is dripping out crap. Meanwhile the mother shows up with a bag of groceries..she probably weighs maybe at most 70lbs. End result we take the baby from her and she gets arrested. She pleads with us to not take her baby. My response was..well I can't repeat it here but she lost her baby. That Larry is the reality of it and not your friends snorting coke once in awhile..its the addicted ones who are in the millions that is the problem. There is the reality and if you make all the drugs legal watch how fast some of your friends become addicted because since most of them are mostly law abiding citizens they now can take drugs and still be law abiding citizens...but now they get hooked...and you get robbed. That is..the reality. Don't believe it then go and search out the truth instead of sitting behind a laptop and saying something that you can't back up. That aside no problem we can agree to disagree..and maybe I am a little biased but when you see stuff like above you can get that way. I still dont judge people on drugs because I know a few including a bunch of cousins that I have..who own businesses and are forever going in and out of drug rehab....I love these guys regardless..and I aint perfect either.

If thats what the Bible says it sounds good to me. When I was young my parents tried to get me to read a bible geared for kids with alot of comic book pictures in it. I remember this thick book and the pictures were nice looking..but..somehow I probably migrated over to my HULK comic books and read those instead and daydreamed....Maybe when I get older one day I'll take another look at the Bible..preferably the one with the pictures again:)

Jeff that is the reality of it all. Probably what needs to be done is classify drugs and drug dealing a littler bit clearer and the hardcore drugs make the sentences stiffer and the soft core drugs such as marijuana make the penalties much lighter. Any dealing of drugs to underage people throw the book at them. I like what they do now. When I guy makes his money thru the drug trade law enforcement looks to take all he has and when thats done they distribute some of the assets such as the cash to places that can use it such as building parks etc. I love reading that a drug dealer and his posse got the book thrown at them and there 5 million dollar house went to auction and the money went towards helping the homeless..now that is progress.
