They probably have an automatic flushing system for the floor.

:lglolly:Time to sit back and watch LOL And you are the lead poster!

Mainly you will be dealing with dried and wet crap along with cobwebs and dust. Other than that it is usually just what ever bedding is left.

I don't know as we never used any soaps, just lots of water and pressure. Keep in mind also that what ever you wash with will end up on the fields also. That is a good question though. I would think that pressure with a little heat would be enough for the concrete and metal I have seen. That would be a good one for the portfolio.

You need a 25 GPM hot water skid with a dual over head cam V8 and about 2,000 feet of hose and 2 guns. Oh and don't forget the 60" surface cleaner and the vacuum truck for reclaim. Makes as much sense as the first post!

2 tone deck restoration Minneapolis, MN
TNRoofCleaner replied to big mike's question in Wood Cleaning & Restoration - Decks, Fences, etc.
Looks great Mike. -
I used to clean them with a shovel. I also worked a livestock auction and cleaned up afterwards when I was in high school. You are going to smell like S%^& but that can also smell like money. It is going to take lots and lots of water. volume is the only thing that will move this crap (literally).

You could do like my grandparents.... good shot of wiskey in your morning coffee. Or you can find something you want to pay cash for like a new toy of somekind with a large engine and use that as a goal. You know.....boat, car, truck, airplane...send the wife on a trip to the outback. LOL Find something that is going to motivate and #$%^& snap out of it. Good luck to you.

Also it gives you a little cash for that spring marketing campaign. Rent a storage unit to park some of that equipment in. You need to read Think and Grow Rich and quit being so negative. My site has not been up for a year yet but now when I search roof cleaning in my town I come up 9 of the 10 returns on the front page. I don't know anything about this SEO but I must be doing something right. Now to work on all the other stuff.

Daniel keep changing it up. change a photo of just move it to another location. They like to see things constantly updated. Reword a paragraph or two. I would think snow would be a good thing with all the snow clearing you can get paid for. Put the pressure washer awa for the winter, grab the mukluks and the snowblower. Sorry but I love the cold. 9 years in Alaska did it for me. Love it.

xjet = downstreamer with variable nozzle?
TNRoofCleaner replied to premiumpowerwash's topic in Tools, Equipment & Basic Maintenance
I have not used an xjet but I did buy a thruster nozzle recently and I love it. 50' of draw hose and easy to operate. I usually have to run 200' of hose to get around the houses so this works great for me. Usually takes about 4 gallons or less to wash a 2 story house. If I don't get the rinse I want I just change to the 4gpm nozzle and rinse, especially on the extremely tall homes. -
Ditto on the krud kutter

Getting rid of herbal smells from a empty warehouse
TNRoofCleaner replied to Cat Powerwashing Inc.'s question in Residential Pressure Washing
What materials are the walls and ceiling made of? If it is sheet rock then is may be imbedded in the paper. May need a large or multiple ozone filters. -

Limonene/plexmaster -
new idea! bout gutters.
TNRoofCleaner replied to gutterdog's question in Residential Pressure Washing
You seem to be looking for some magic splash and dash formula and there is none. I scrub the gutters because I am picky. I give a customer a price and I don't care how long it takes me, I clean until I am satisfied. I don't just hit it 2x and leave. Roof I did recently took 3 hits in some spots. I had to mix another 15 gallons on site to finish the job because it took more than anticipated. -
Hard to ignore when he is trying to kill of his employees through ignorance in the proper use of chemicals.

I have used the Plex Master and it worked great. I have not used any cleaners but I have some Limonene on the way.

Maybe he should get and award for the most post with nothing said. Or maybe the most that are incomprehensible. -

I had the same thing here and I had to sand it out. Not as bad as you got though. -

Yes those are 2 totally different houses. No one is going to remove a chimney in the middle of a house. -
Fence Longevity: Stained Vs Not Stained
TNRoofCleaner replied to JamieP's question in Wood Cleaning & Restoration - Decks, Fences, etc.
Fences that have been stained should be on maintenance at 5-7 years. At least that is what the manufacturers are saying their product will do. Verticals last much longer than horizontals. -
This one fooled me...

Like the old saying, never judge a book by it's cover. Great find there.
