    Len, you should take a run over to Rock Hill & look at the homeowner deck/dock project. He had called us and we were going to go have a look, but it's two hours and we're slammed. Personally, I think it would be a prep job only but I could be wrong. Feel free to call me and I'll give you the guys name and number :)
