  1. For all of you gear heads. I have a Wooddefender St-250 Fence spray unit that I purchased in 2004 but never really did much fence staining. I've had the unit in my garage now for a few years. My question is could I convert this thing into a good gas powered roof cleaner? It has 250 ft of hose, manifold to switch between tank. If not I may end up parting it out for the tanks, and hose, hosereels. Go to www.wooddefender.com , you can see the ST-250. It can be trailer mounted or placed in your truck bed. Anyone want to purchase it, contact me. Used 2 times
  2. Roof cleaning video

Thanks, Rick for the specifics. Trace
  3. Gutter Bagging?

Thanks againg Brian, the cleaning of the gutters after the roof cleaning is great advice. Your just full of good info..... Very much appreciated. Trace
  4. Gutter Bagging?

Brain, thank you for the pictures. This was how I thought they should look exactly. Just wanted to make sure. Never though about " bagging the downspouts". Sure beats having son running around to the different downspouts and diluting as the run of comes down. I new there had to be a better way. I thank God for this site. Thanks again. Are all garbage bags 3 mil or are these only purchased at Menards, lowes or Home Depot?
  5. Roof cleaning video

When cleaning a ranch style home for instance. Do you start spraying the love from top down or from bottom up? It seems like if you do the top down method, that you could get a good dwell time and less run off in the gutters. I know this sounds like a dumb question but since no one has produce any video of a actual cleaning from start to finish to observe the proper way and I want to be experienced more in this field, just trying to see what the vets would suggest.
  6. Chemical Mobile Spray Cart

Andy, water under the bridge, water under the brigde. I will take your advice like I absorb all advice posted here. Thanks and God Bless.
  7. Gutter Bagging?

Duct tape on What? the plastic bags? Could someone explain it in detail?
  8. Chemical Mobile Spray Cart

Andy, You seem a little upset in your last response. No need to get agitated was just being sarcastic at YOUR response" What handcart carries a 300 gallon tank", but that is behind us. So let keep it civil. Just trying to learn about a new endeavor and do not want to get into post battles. That is not what Beth and Rod want here. God Bless
  9. Roof cleaning video

I to complete alot of my residential cleaning alone. I think it will be an asset to have a groundsman on roof cleaning because of the solution being so strong.
  10. Roof cleaning video

Rick how do you complete the roof by yourself? Should you have a groundsperson to keep everything wet, plants, shrubs, grass etc?
  11. Could some one explain to me what is ' Bagging the Gutters. I believe it is placing plastic garbage bags around the down spouts to catch the run off of Love. Is this correct? Could someone post a picture of how the bag is attached to the gutters? As always, Thanks
  12. Chemical Mobile Spray Cart

Thanks, Pat and all those who posted a response. If any of you guys in the Tampa, St. Pete or Indian Rock area of Florida, the week of December 22-28, would like a tag along and free labor. I would love to spend a day with some live roof cleaning, hose pulling, groundsman duties and knowledge pulling for a veteran roof cleaner. I will be on vacation with my family but would be available to help out at least one day. It is going to be a surprise trip for my family. So I will post my number to contact me in the month of December, so I do not give away the surprise to my family. Thanks and God Bless
  13. Chemical Mobile Spray Cart

Andy, I am going to believe that you were trying to be funny Right?. If you were serious reads Chris's Post. UGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHH
  14. Would anyone of you veterans, have at your disposal, a complete video of a roof cleaning in progress. Not the kind that just show still pictures with music. What I am looking for is a start to finish type video for purchase or that someone could provide via e-mail, if this is a taboo to do on this site. I am a person that likes to study how a certain process start and begins. I have studied all of the Delco pressure washing video before I started my bizness back in 2004. I took in so much of the process better than just reading how to actually clean homes, concrete, fix my unit etc. There are a few videos in the search function but they are really short in nature or just still picture on a slide show. I would be willing to pay if need be. Very serious about this new adventure. Thanks for any response in advance. God Bless
  15. Chemical Mobile Spray Cart

Thanks, Jon and Pat. After reading your post and doing more research. I will be going with purchasing the pumps set from Pressuretek. I have room for a 65 gallon tank in front of my 300 gallon Pwer tank. Will use this as my mix tank of Apple Sauce. One question, I have that have not seen an answer for. When you apply your mix on the roof and let it dwell. What are you using to Rinse the roof off? Customer hose or do you fire up your pwer? I read that those mainly in Florida, do not rinse. As a customer, I would like to see the result of your work before I hand you the check. I know most say, they do not rinse. Why is that and if I rinse will the delvan provide enough Psi to rinse the roof off?
