Yea, the whole things in pretty bad shape. They said they were actually planning on having a pool put in next year and a new deck built. I do have something in writing to cover me.

I had a request today to stain a deck. Another contractor had already started to prep it and has not showed back up. They dont want to pay to have me to finish prepping it, just want me to go ahead and stain it. (They had already payed the other contractor). Problem is, all the stain isn't off. Most of it is, they already have several gallons of a solid stain. Will solid stain cover up the old stain? I told them it probaly wouldn't last long and solid is hard to strip back off but she didn't seem to care. Just wants it done. ASAP! :banghead:

My Christmas came a little early this year. I wouldnt ask for anything more either. a 6lb 1 oz baby girl. But if I did ask for anything else it would be a reclaim unit!

I was just wondering what everyone else uses to sand with? I'm working on a deck right now and it was in pretty bad shape. Been doing some sanding on it using a orbital and it takes alot of time. Whats everyone else use!?!

yea thats a waste. I've done several mobile home washes, but not for $85.00. My friend actually suckered me into staining some womans deck for practically nothing earlier this year....

I dont hope any companies go under.....but it was pretty good this year.

I started off with about $300.00. Just enough to buy a POS pressure washer which I still have and it still works......i think =) but the dollars kept adding up from there. I'm over the 10,000 mark easy. I wish I knew then what i know now.

Trailer layout

Okay I'm tryin to figure out the best way to lay everything out on this trailer. I have a 325 gal tank sitting right over the axles, pressure washer toward the front, strorage box, and 2 hose reels on there now. I need to figure out where is the best place to put this 55 gallon tank and this other pressure washer. I'm worried about having to much wieght in the front of the trailer if I put the tank up there. I have a small spot in the back there the tank would fit. The pressure washer is just a 13hp honda cold water unit.
