my dad is no longer a ford guy (was one for 30+ years) because of the issues listed above, is now GM. Everytime i ride in a ford i make sure i have my phone with. I dont have a problem with dodge, they are for sure the real work horse of the bunch.

i actually just finsihed witha report on sodium tripolyphosphate, the active ingrediant in most industrial cleaners as well as simple cherry. Does nothing for surfacant but is about 58% weight by volume and used as a detergent builder. Learning lots about propylene gylcol as well.

so not being bias now, i know several people who have switched from ford due to poor engines. I dont know which one maybe the 7.3 powerstroke was really bad or something and they will never go back. I just like the looks of chevy better as well as the interior, but that really has nothing to do with performance...

you should take care of it better...i have a 95 and it looks brand new and runs like a champ

i was just hoping to clear 20k this summer but wow, i might have to set a new goal here pretty quick. Kinda excited because i went from zero to hero (making some legit money) in just a few short months. I am really suprised at how many people do not want to do anything associated with their house. I'm not complaining but i personally would feel like a pile. i am getting my logo redesigned and some mailers made so i hope that will keep me busy fulltime for summer. Still 2 more weeks of school left.

hey guys, Does anyone know where i could find a steel trailer like those powerline uses? I would like to see how much it would cost if i built it myself.... thanks, JL

Quick question, Can you wash a house or stripping/clean wood while its raining out? Thanks, JL

that was the main push for this thread...rescheduling. Its hard enough to get the job, dont want to lose over something so little.

I just thinking about when the weather calls for spotty showers. Do you decide to head out of the shop, or call it a day. I would still head out for house wash, maybe for a deck that doesn't require a strong strip determined from a test spot on the estimate visit.

Was reading some older posts and looks like i should stay away from these. I wasn't comfortable giving them a quote on the house wash but gave them a quote on the cedar deck. I was wondering if there is any new info on aluminum siding. Thanks, Joe

that must be this two stepping i've read about...how does it work and what chems???? Thanks, JL

Hey, Wash wondering you who guys would recomend to get a trailer ring from. I was thinking 5.5 gpm 3500psi, and going to be using it mostly for house wash and deck restoration. Probably 250' of house. I like the trailers at powerline industries, their 12K one, but i dont like the fact that their skids are not even 5.5 gpm. I like the pressure pro 615pro 20g model for a skid. I'm also a big fan of that alkota trailer as well. Let me know what you think... Thanks, JL

Rain does suck, but beats the heat in my book...

I agree that trailer is super expensive and i could build a trailer myself for about 3/4 the cost, but i would like to have a professionally built trailer first and then maybe build another one (enclosed trailer) if i need another one...I just wish the trailer on that powerine was 2ft longer so i could strap the deckster to the back

I kinda have already have that stuff and would have that trailer paid in full in about another month or two...I wouldn't be suprised if i cleared 30-40K this summer. Already did about $7600 without advertising and I'm still in school for another 3 weeks. I just want a setup that is ready to go, works great, has a warranty, and looks like a million bucks. Will also be looking at some LTZ crew cab silverado's (in black) in the next couple weeks.

pretty much in love with that powerline trailer

Who uses the "Ladder Saver"
Little Buddy replied to Little Buddy's question in Residential Pressure Washing
the ladder saver works like magic...downstreaming is awesome, but i think i might want a tip to lower the psi a little more. -
Yea i'm still not sure what i want to do. I feel if i get the trailer i will be done with that and can grow into it. The portable is nice for me as well but the hoses are a pain and im kinda sick of loading and unloading all the crap. The trailer would be nice for a large buffer tank and chem tank, will have hose reels and 5.2-5.5 gpm. get some 30 or 40 tips with 250-300' of hose with the 1.8 chem injector and it will be a fun rig to run. I might build a trailer for a discount or buy the professionally built one. We will see if the calls keep coming. I will start advertising in a couple weeks here.
