We got one in January and use it for business as well as our household. It has cleaned up so much of our files. Just remember to keep backup on flash drive or external drive. What I like is that it enters all the information and sort it by date. If you want to file the receipts by date you just highlight and seperate to monthly files. What a time saver.

Here is two decks we did this week.

Concerning Ready Seal. We pick up a deck job this week and the owner pick Ready Seal dark red for the stain and seal. I place a order with Sun Brite Supply in Hotlanta on Wed expect it to arrive either Friday or early next week. It arrived Thursday before noon WOW was I delighted. We able to get a early start and will be finished about a week earlier than we had promise the customer. Thanks Sun Brite for making us look good.

It seems to me that if license were required and some sort of CE every few years it would help to level out the playing field. Not to mention help improve the workmanship thru out the industry.

I think this my be USM word is WalMart is about to go national with all outside services with them. This has already happen with snow removal and looks like it about to happen with everything else. WalMart changing the sub contract rule for USM only.

We stick with .12 sq ft no matter what. We play up the fact that we have liability insurance as well as workman comp plus all of our business license. If they are only looking at price there is always someone who will do it for less. However I had calls to redo some of those done for less many times. We do add driveways at no cost if it is a small on and we alway make sure we do the city curb and sidewalk out front it just sets the house apart from the others more. Some job we get some we don't if I get them all then I am bidding to low.
