moldy basement
The Chemical Doctor replied to JBenson's topic in Mold Remediation, Radon Testing & Home Inspection
I had a friend whose father cleaned a basement like this without proper ventalation. He had a heart attack and died from the fumes of bleach and the pressure washer ( did not have it in the proper place). Use caution when doing a job like this. This man was doing it as a favor to a friend. -

No, I have www.chemicaldoctornetwork.com I am trying to build up now. Please feel free to join and add to the site. I plan on trying to get back to the level I once was in the industry after several years of being away. I was working for a company in Nashville part time but it was not going the direction I wanted to go. I have found a new home now and hope to have some events before long. The owner of the company is very receptive to my ideas and approach on things.

Bleach is just to kill the mold and mildew. You need a goad cleaner as the vehicle to remove the dirt. Bleach will not do that alone, it will still be on the house.

hydro tek issues
The Chemical Doctor replied to carltoncleans's topic in Tools, Equipment & Basic Maintenance
Ignitors tend to go bad on 12v machines. When you get it fixed I reccomend using Permatex Battery Protector and Sealer on your battery to keep it from corosion, it can be purchased at most any auto parts store. -
Dead Beat or slow pay customers...How do you deal with them?
The Chemical Doctor replied to Beth n Rod's topic in Business Topics & Tips
On the flip side of the coin in TN if a company files bankrupcy and they have paid money to your company within 90 days of filing they can send you a notice wanting that money returned to the court. I know someone that had exactly that happen to them within the last month. Note: the ammount was $52,000.
