  1. Thanks James..For two coats should it be wet on wet or will it be okay to walk over it after an hour or so?
  2. I used 5" orbital sander with 60 grit. 40 grit might have been better but I was afraid to sand more wood than necessary.
  3. I stripped my 350 sq ft pretty old deck off Behr and some other stain under it, using light Naoh solution and powerwashing. Then I neutralized with oxalic and did some light sanding. I got rid of 97% of stain. 3% is mostly on verticals/ railings. I plan to apply two coats of ReadySeal medium red stain (ordered 5 gallon) using roller and brush one of these days when temp is around 90-100. The instructions say "Apply two light coats with 45 minutes or more between coats". So can I walk over the stain after 45 minutes to apply stain on horizontals? Or is the preferred method instead of that is 'wet on wet' or 'one heavy coat'. How much is the interval for wet on wet: a minute or so?
