Ready Seal customer service
steven replied to RPetry's question in Wood Cleaning & Restoration - Decks, Fences, etc.
Nice job, that thing was a mess. The miracles people expect are amazing. I set the customers expectations pretty quick. Decks like that are common in my area. I usually get them thinking about a semi solid pretty quick. have been lucky so far. -
WOW, and to think that some people believe what's going on there is ok.

Cabots Wood Toned Deck and Siding Stain
steven replied to Snoop Lion's question in Wood Cleaning & Restoration - Decks, Fences, etc.
not to sure about cabots other than next time you stain you might not be able to get the same stuff. I had it happen to me. I would go with Armstrong Clark Or Ready Seal. throw it on with a mop and your good to go,,,,,, not really but sometimes it seems that way. seriously that stuff is super easy to use. -

"Super Deck" stain. A Duckback product.
steven posted a question in Wood Cleaning & Restoration - Decks, Fences, etc.
Has anyone ever used super deck stain? has anyone ever tried to remove it? I would like to hear your results. I stripped a deck the other day with this product on it and man was it tuff to come off. -
"Super Deck" stain. A Duckback product.
steven replied to steven's question in Wood Cleaning & Restoration - Decks, Fences, etc.
I didn't mean it to sound that because it was harder to strip than most that it was a good product. I am going to try and stay away from certain products. Like you , I have found some products that I like and would like to concentrate on those specific ones. -

steven replied to steven's question in Wood Cleaning & Restoration - Decks, Fences, etc.
Huh!! I wonder what happened? Wonder what I did wrong. I also used hd-80 on this, and I made it strong but I still had to strip it twice. I have never encountered this before. I can usually get all horizontal areas the first time.
