mind helping me with a quote?

have a 4.5 foot by 40 foot aluminum ramp that needs to be power washed. no access to water so must be brought in.goes from a height of 12' above the river to about 1' above the river which it rests on a slippery wood dock. I would need to have a second person with me for WCB reasons and both wearing life vests. what would you quote for a job like this. I won't need any chemicals but it will be the handrails,walkway and underneath as well. access to underneath is okay as the float it rest on I can get access to the underside. So any idea on a quote? thanks this is up in canada and would be for a major marine transport company as it is their dock. much appreciated
