  2. Steven I use Graco and looking at purchasing a Titan airless and back brushing seems to work pretty quickly and efficiently

    Does the LA Simple Awesome work when temperature outside is below 70 degrees I have difficulty with f-13 removing the black stripes when temperature outside is colder

    You may want to try the powerwashstore they sell some acid associated with f9 family that most likely will remove the stain
  5. Steven I have used those measures and still had a bit of bad luck. Also I have to agree when purchasing tools you get what you pay for I have Makita tools and they perform magnifipcantly so far. Highly recommend them

    I believe that Bob does not recommend that F 13 be used in house mix due its foaming action also certain stains on gutters will not budge through spray appication they have to be brushed manually. Extreme care should be used when using F 13 as it will stain concrete and many other surfaces.

  8. I believe Beth gave you a pretty salad answer, however one thing you will learn as you begin to tackle different jobs one cleaning solution will not clean all surfaces. Everything takes patience and training and spending a lot money for classes that can provide with adequate training

    I have a 30 foot Unger pole that I use to brush the gutters that will probably work to brush off those spiderweb just like others have suggested

    I use an 18 foot pole for normal size houses. For really tall houses I have an Unger pole that I purchased from an window cleaning web site. It is 30 feet and it is pretty sturdy never had any problems with breakage
  12. Well I have to commend you for that it did turn out pretty nice. Remember some time I posted a thread regarding having problems with paint coming off when stripping u said u never have problems with paint coming off. I thought I saw some paint was off the window frame after stripping. Maybe it was my bad

  15. Just received my copy of Pressure Washer Guide Book and all I can say is amazing. The Wealth of information included in this book is breathless. Whether you are an experienced powerwasher or just thinking about starting a professional operation this book is a must. highly recommend it. Beth and Rod amazing work.

    I have to agree with Greg if you wash the house and not the gutters it usually reflects poorly on the company especially if you live in a smaller community. In my past experiences customers are happiest when they see the black stripes disappear from the gutters

    I purchased a scoop that is attached to an extension pole from window sourse seems to work fairly well. Just push the debris to the side then pick up and place it in bucket

    I have about fifteen yard signs I use they work pretty well. Also in addition USPS has some programs you can use to send post cards to potential customers. You can also target specific ares very cost effective

    Beth I was actually referring to HD rental division. They carry Landa commercial power washers that usually retail for $2200 you can pick one for about $700 very reliable machines I used two of them for five years until I upgraded to a Hydrotek unit. Considering that Matt is on limited budget I thought it would be a viable option for him. I definitely agree that Hydrotek units are great machines I love mine

    No Steven that price covers the delivery fee you have to pay for the post cards here in Missouri it only cost me 175 for 700 post cards not a bad deal you can target specific area as well
