Common Jon, Gay Americans should have rights too ? The Constitution provides for "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness". Just because someones "pursuit of happiness" is different from ours, do we deny them rights afforded to other Americans ? NOT everyone BELIEVES the Bible, so where are you coming from ? And, what gives us the right to impose our views on "Morality" on another human being ? Homosexuality is not right for me, I like Women. But MOST ORGANIZED Religion is not right for me either. Yet I TOLERATE it. Personally, I think it STUPID to be in a Church on Sunday, much rather be watching Football. I have LITTLE tolerance for some "Holier then thou Hypocrite" preaching some 2000 + year old book, written by MEN, as the "word of God", LOL A TRUE Conservative will recognize that the State needs to stay the heck OUT of a persons decision to do what they WANT to their own bodies. The PROBLEM with "Conservatives" is getting mixed up with the "Religious Right" So, instead of having the dreaded Government running our lives, now we got a lot of "Bible Belchers" doing it instead. Just bought me a new F 150 for a personal driver. I use an Isuzu NPR flatbed, a Ford F 350 Gas, and a Ford F 700 for roof cleaning. The mix tears em up, and i do not care to use a trailer. That means having to put up with OLD trucks. Just lost a steering box on the Isuzu, 700 dollars installed USED. The Ford F 700 sits, really no need for it, only bought it cause it was a great deal.

The Brutal Truth about this business ? If you can't sell, stay the heck out of it. Just because one can't sell does not mean he or she is a lesser person at all. But you must be honest with yourself. YOU are the last person you want to BS. Until you build a repeat customer base, you must work like a Dog to eat. Now that everyone and their brother is in this business, with more coming every day, that is not gonna be easy as it once was. And it was never "easy" to begin with. Supply and Demand says it all. Supply now greatly exceeds demand here in Florida, meaning less work for everyone to go around. I am not preaching "doom and gloom", just being real. All one has to do is look at the Yellow Pages back 5 years. Call the old phone numbers, see for yourself. Most are gone, long gone.

Thanks for the Honesty. One must remember, there are people reading these forums about ready to invest their entire savings in a Pressure Washing business. Let's not overly Sugar Coat it for them ? I went to an out of town pressure washing supply house up in Georgia once when i was on a mini vacation. I Heard the owner rattling off to a prospective customer that he would make 50 Grand a year EASY. ALL he had to do was buy a "turn key" trailer unit, and the world would beat a path to his door! Sorry to spoil the party, but that is BS, even an outright LIE. We Must IMHO be careful we do not mislead desperate people with our Ego's. And, there are many desperate people who have lost long held good jobs because of this Economy. They are easy prey for lying pressure cleaning supply houses who over romanticize this business. This is a HARD business to make it in, and that is the truth. Many, if not most, will not make it. We JUST lost two here in Tampa this past month, and it wasn't because they did not try either!

I just bought a can of Gillette Foamy after the other "on sale store brand" ran out. What a difference.' I still ask mysely WHY I buy anything else, to save 50 cents ? IMHO, Gillette Foamy Regualr is the "Gold Standard" of shaving creams, unless you prefer a Gel . What am I doing shaving at 11.42 PM ? Well ... my girlfriend is a Nurse at the local Jail. She gets off work soon, so I am probably spending the night there. :)
