  1. There is roughly 200 gals in a 525 tank. Double checked hose clamps they are tight. There is 1 elbow and it appears ti be tight. The strainer is clean and I replaced oring in the water filter. Don't see any visible drips in the intake line.
  2. Ok here is what I have going on. I had to replace the thermoswitch which controls the temp of the hot water. The old one was rusted and was not working. So I get the new switch and I mount it to the outlet T from the burner. I checked it for continuity and it is working fine. When I connect the white and black wires to it the burner does not turn on. If I bypass the switch all together in the junction box the burner fires up and works. It is a Whitco 5030 DPO I have the wiring diagram for the unit and everything is hooked up right. But just with the thermo in place it doesn't work. Here is a Diagram of the way it is suppose to be and in the bypass. The Bypass is the only way it works. Thanks for any insight. Chad
  3. Thermoswitch Issues

ok here is the deal. The switch is brand new, but I have figured out whats going on. I went down to the appliance store and purchased a Hi Limit Thermostat pre set at 150F. I did this to trouble shoot the problem. I have found out that if the resisstance is to high on the switch it will not work inline with the other switches (VAC, Burner, Hi Pressure) The resisstance on the new Fenwal 30000-048 was reading on the average of 25 where the other temp switch I put in place for testing ran below 13. The burner is working now but I can offer a temporary fix to a adjustable thermostat going out. Purchase a pre set Hi limit thermostat switch from you local aplliance dealer. $4 This is ony a temporary fix until you can get a replacement switch. During my search for the Fenwal 30000-048 adjustable thermo switch I have found an alternative replacement for the switch which is Tempco TEB30001 Adjustable thermo switch It is almost 3/4 less in price than the Fenwal and has a life cycle of 100,000 cycles Price is $27 versus the $90 for the Fenwal. 4. Thermoswitch Issues

Well it is a thermostat switch so it is on as long as the temp is not up on the burner. Part Number is Fenwal 30000-048 50-250F adjustable switch.
  5. http://www.bubbascrubspc.com/vid.mov This is a TS2021 Pump. Running at 1450 Rpms at 3500psi I have checked the K7 Unloader and change the orings as they looked a little woren and greased it up good. When you engage the gun the unloader only moves half way. As seen in the video the the pressure pulsates and almost stops and comes back again. I was thinking maybe the check valves in the pump does this sound possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
  6. Ok I ordered new check valves will put them in when they arrive.
  7. I feel it pulsating . I tore the unloader apart again tonight and looked through it. There is nothing blocking the unloader. I decided to go into the pump. I had 2 out of the check valves that the casings was cracked but the spring and valve were still staying in. I also noticed that I had 4 of the orings where either damaged or cracked. First thing is first I guess i need to change the check valves and orings. Next thing it was working fine and as I was finishing a driveway the last 10 sqft I did with the wand becuase it was acting up. Do the valves go out just like that?
  8. I acquired a Whitco 5030 Dpo today. I am familiar with desiel engines but I am concern about this D600 Kubota All the detriots and cats and yanmar I have worked on all have timers for the glow plugs. The control station on this Whitco does not. I have traced the wires from the swtch to the glow plugs they are constantly on while the engine is running. Correct me if I am wrong but they should only be on for 30 to 60 seconds and then they turn off and the combustion chamber keeps them hot correct. Thanks in advance.
