  1. I have a customer with a rather large white cedar single home that had ir treated in the past but would like to have it sanded back close to the original cedar. I do not have any experience in sanding and would like to know if anyone could help me with what rype of sander to use, what grit paper, etc.

  2. Van set up for Soft washing

    Hydro CleanRI posted a question in Residential Pressure Washing

    I am considering setting up a cargo van for soft washing roofs and houses. I am curious if anyone one else has done this and maybe some tips. I am concerned with bleach fumes and the problems they may cause inside the van. Will the fumes make it too uncomfortable in the van and how about corrosion the bleach vapors may cause to the inside of the van? I have a ford e250. Any comments or help would be appreciated.

  3. Hello, I am new to the business as of This spring. I have another business I own along with mt father that keep me busy November through April, then ther rest of the year I have 5 days a week with nothing to do. I have been looking for a business to start to supliment my income in these month. There seems to be a need and a the lack of a contractor in my area for roof and house washing.

    I am in the process of setting up an enclsed traoler with a 3500 psi 5.5 gpm 120v hot water machine, along with a soft wash system for roofs. I will have a 275 gallon water tank along with an ex jet, system and all the other toys I may think I will need. This forum has been a great help to me.
