Apartment Complex
Prestige Pressure Washing replied to Prestige Pressure Washing's question in Residential Pressure Washing
Thanks for the replies. -
I am hoping to get my first Apartment Complex soon and was just wondering how to handle all of the vehicles that are parked up next to the buildings? This is a College Living Complex and there seems to be no extra parking or overflow parking available and there are hundreds of vehicles parked all around. I was going to try and work it out where I could do 3 to 4 buildings a day on a schedule so the tennants could be notified not to park next to the buildings on the day their Apartment was being done. This being said, i dont think there is anywhere else for them to park. I am concerned about the overspray of chems and soap getting on the vehicles and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to handle this? Thanks for any help and have a great day.

Thanks for the help! I prefer to use low pressure on everything I clean, I have a 3000 psi 8 gpm machine so I am capable of plenty of pressure and gpm's if needed, just dont want to mess up any surfaces im not familiar with! I also have heat, is this a surface that can with stand heat or just cold water? Thanks again for the help, this board is awesome! -

What is the best mix to use on stucco? This stucco has heavy black and green mildew and mold on it. I use SH and soap on my regular house washes and have always been able to get them cleaned without a problem! Can I use the same mix for stucco? Any input would be appreciated. I am not new to this site but am to posting, im sure i need to fill out my signature and other things but am not sure what all I need to do. Thanks, Ben

Who makes the most durable enclosed trailer?

I have had a CarMate trailer since 1997. Still looks great and I have had no problems with it.
