F 13 gutter grenade or your house wash mix depends on the severity of the dirt and tiger stripes etc on the gutters. You will need the above cleaners and a brush that's how you clean exterior gutters. Is the window trim vinyl or wood ? To me that looks like someone clean the brick with the cleaner and it ran onto the window trim but no one clean the window trim after they clean the house that's what I am thinking.
