Operating agreements are for LLC's. Articles of Incorporation are for corps. I am the sole President of the corporation and the only shareholder. I've had everything looked over by my bookkeeper, she's not a run of the mill one either.lol

I filled my S-corp in about an hour and a half with the state of Virginia, all online. Don't know how it is in other states though.

I was 6 months out of highschool when I incorporated. This is the best time to start for you. No kids, no mortgage etc. Do it.

I'm 20 as well. I launched 5 days after my 20th birthday. The whole age thing is a hit or miss...One of the gains was joining a networking group of 90% women, they were super enthusiastic about my young entrepreneurship and wanted to help me out. That put out a TON of work for me.

When I first started I had less than 1k invested. I actually got hooked up with a lot of decent equipment CHEAP. It was my accidental foot in the door into the biz. Been loving it.
