  1. The older I get, the harder pressure washing is getting! :( The nearest pressure washing store to me is 20 miles and it's just a bay in a garage building, with virtually no inventory-mainly makes his $ on repairs. If you can give me any advice, i'd appreciate it. :) I'd like to consider opening my own store here in Florida.
  2. chlorine ratios and soap??

This is what I found just now on Google: Briefly, what do I need to know about sodium hydroxide solutions in an emergency situation? Sodium hydroxide in a solution is a white, odourless, non-volatile solution. It will not burn but it is highly reactive. It can react violently with water and numerous commonly encountered materials, generating enough heat to ignite nearby combustible materials. Contact with many organic and inorganic chemicals may cause fire or explosion. Reaction with metals releases flammable hydrogen gas. Sodium hydroxide in solution is EXTREMELY CORROSIVE. It can cause blindness, permanent scarring and death. Aerosols can cause lung injury and these effects may be delayed.
  3. Staring with Home Depot's Excell 3700psi

TRY TO FIND A CARTRIDGE FOR THE BUILT IN UNLOADER!! I can't find any. I contacted General Pump and they gave me 3 dealers to call. None had a clue! 2 told me the whole pump would have to be replaced! GP says there is a cartridge for standard pressure stop and a flow type as well. Now, if only I could find one! ANY DEALERS HERE THAT CAN GET ME ONE? The pump says gptx1510a on it.
  4. Is Barens a retail store?

Or just wholesale? The website I found appears to be just wholesale??? If there is a retail website, does anyone have the URL for it?
  5. Deckster & Roller pump questions.Never saw either one

I fixed it. I have had bad experiences in the past with putting correct info in forum profiles, so I partly faked it :( It correct now. I just don't want emails, phone calls or spam of any sort. Thank you, you have an excellent site here!
  6. FloJet instead of SureFlo ? How well do they hold up?
  7. I saw a post to someones questions about Sureflo & Flojet pumps, the person said he used a Deckster. I looked it up and it was like $500.00 and has a similar psi and flo rate. Is it just a dc chemical pump like the sureflo? I have read here that some use roller pumps to apply chlorine to "no pressure" roof jobs. I just bought a 4 roller silvercast pump and will be getting it ups next week. Got any setup advice?= Size of hose, type of gun, maintainance for longer life? I sure would appreciate your help! Oh, one other thing, what sufactant do you add to your chlorine? :)
