  1. Asphalt Driveway

Have a rather large Asphalt driveway to bid on. Approx 5800 sq/ft. Driveway is approx. 2 months old and has red dirt/mud in it from the landscapers equipment. Never done asphalt this new before and am curious on how to approach this job. Any tips and pointers would be appreciated. Thanks Jim
  2. Brick House Wash

Well did my brick house wash yesterday. Turned out pretty good actually. Used Glory mixed with 16% SH. One side of house was a light green. Front of house the mortar was black lol. Did the driveway, was also very dirty. Took me 3.5 hours and left at the end of day so couldn't see very good what end results were. So I went back by this afternoon to check and she and I both was very pleased. Could actually see the cream colored mortar now. I x-jetted OX onto the driveway after cleaning and it was nice white color. Needless to say I am very happy. Am going to try emulsifier from e-spec since it is a powder and less expensive to ship. Would love to use citracleen but can't see paying all that extra money to have it shipped. When cleaning brick is there a special formula to use or just normal house wash mixture fine? Thanks Jim
  3. Aluminum Siding

I have never 2-stepped so that is not an option. Not sure what soap solution to use. Understood on the rinse and pressure. Thanks Jim
  4. Aluminum Siding

Ok, thanks for the reply. Chlorine ok to use if lots of algae? Jim
  5. Aluminum Siding

I have 3 singlewide mobile homes to clean next week. 2 of which are aluminum siding. This is my first time cleaning aluminum siding. Any special precautions need to take? Hot water ok or use cold? And what pressure would be best? Thanks Jim
