  1. yes, it is inevitable that I will be cleaning a few patios. Do I really need a hot water unit for a couple of thousand square feet a year?
  2. Although I am not opposed to getting a hot water unit, I don't think I need it for residential deck and patio cleaning(a few house washes...hate it!). I will consider it again ( I have thought about it).
  3. Hi folks, I am looking for a new pressure washer skid unit, primarily for deck restoration, but will be used for house washes and some concrete cleaning. I am looking for a 5.5 gpm with at least 3000 psi. Anyone have a favorite place to get stuff?, that will maybe custom make me one? So far the only place that I found one, is higher power supplies. I am not looking for the cheapest, just a reliable place that will work with me. Thanx for any help. :lgwave: __________________ A.K.A. J.R. Wood
  4. Price

I charge between $1.25 per sq - $3 depending on degree of difficulty ( stripping, 2 story etc) I charge each linear foot of rail system as 3 sq ft. My goal is to make $60-$80. per hour. On the easy ones you can make quite a bit more. $60 minimum per hour.
