How would you handle these rust streaks.I have avoided it so far but the thought of using oxalic on stucco makes my knees weak.

This is a 2000 square foot brick building that is going to be turned into a duplex.I got the call today to clean it but I'm not sure if the white stuff is efflorescense or not. I've cleaned mold/grime from brick before but this is my first time running into this.will safe restore take care of it.I'd like to do some testing before giving my price but they want it soon. thanks alot

Sure,Blame it on the pool guy.

Its made of polyurethane Polyurethane Chemical Resistance I've been using one for most of the year after Chris from Apple first recommended them a while back,I rinse through the hose every time and have not had any problems yet. But from Chris's experience with the hose and the rating on the chart apparently it will not last for roof cleaning.

Very nice Don.Do you target these types of properties or do they seek out the professional service that only All Seasons Exteriors Inc can provide?

Congrats Don.

$275 is a fair price for that house(in my area and my opinion) without ext gutters or wax.How many of these premium price house washes are repeat annual customers??Theres something to be said about customer retention in the continuing success of of a company charging rates like that. I can preach professionalism to the customer all day in my polo shirt, brochures, fancy rig,etc etc.95% of the time it's not got going to matter to the person who lives in a house like the one pictured, especially since they'll be pissed to learn what their neighbors paid.I know I'm close to maxing out my market by evaluating my numbers and by lake side mansion owners telling me that they are shocked with my quote.Just my limited 2 years of experience take on it.Have you ever seen a trailer park,Ken?jk

How long would that house take you Ken?

Maybe its the bait for a gutter guard salesman ....I hope

I'm sorry, but I have to agree. It looks too busy and amaturish. Was the USMC eagle, globe and anchor your inspiration.

I found another site pretty much plagerizing mine and even using my motto on their front page.We put a lot of time and effort into the site and it burns me up when every other start up uses it to pick and choose what they want on their site.Their are a lot of great sites out there I took notice of before we created ours.It was a challenge to be original and not to rip off everybody else.I just wish others would show me the same courtesy!Beth,How would I go about copywrighting my motto?

I did a small apartment building in a similar area.I could'nt help but laugh after stumbling over empty 40 ouncers during my walk around. Its funny when someone looks at you and its all over their face."What the hell is he doing here"?.I heard a story about some repair man that was working on a roof.Someone took away his ladder and helped themselves to his equipment. The only thing He could do was throw tools at them. Only one way to price these jobs.$$$$$$$$!

Huh.If it wont damage the steeple I'd saturate it with a strong house wash mix, 12% and just rinse below it.It should fall off in a week or two.I do this with lichen and light moss on roofs. It turns white, dies and a heavy rain takes care of the rest. It might work.
-
What was on the steeple that needed cleaning with a 24 ft wand?

Cool Micah,If you have some extra time give me a call.Maybe we could do lunch.

Thanks Keth. That video was actually dual 1.8's.I've upgraded my roof cleaning set up 4 times in the past year.I'm cleaning a roof for the owner of the chemistrystore.com tomorrow.I think thats kind of cool.I Put a flyer in his paper box and didn't know who it was until I called to give him his quote. Our website will always be a work in progress.(thanks to my wife)If I have a customer who I really want to impress I'll tell them to check the web the night after a job to see their before and afters. The latest work that my web site has gotten was to clean the flatwork for a very large shipping company. To make a long story short. They want me to be their go to pw company for all the locations in the state! All because we came up in a search engine for gum removal. They even watched the video. If the Mrs and I make it out to Charleston this summer I'll give you a call.I got the Idea for the seperate web address for roof cleaning from Don Marler.
