I got an estimate of 600 dollars for a 12x6.5 open trailer or 500 for just the boards. How does this compare to your area?I would have loved to get it done but thats a little more than what I had planned on spending. I put 6 coats of $24 polyurethane on it instead.

I did not look at the link because I'm sure it would really p@#% me off.But the U.S justice system is too forgiving. My imagination scares me when I think about what I might do to someone who harmed my family.hope I don't sound like a internet/telephone tuff guy.

Question about equipment

Thanks Mike, Higher gpm=a higher hourly rate and fitting more work in a day.Can anyone list some reasons not to buy 8gpm machines and up?(other than finances) -
How do you handle red dirt on vinyl.Theres a lot of new construction in my area stirring up dust and covering homes with it. I tried several soaps that wont touch it.For small spots oxalic works great but I would'nt xjet it on a entire home for obvious reasons. No vinyl safe amount of pressure is effective in removing it.The only method I've found that works well is a brush.

vinyl siding cleaning revisited

Nothing works better on mold mildew than sodium hypochlorite. I wouldn't wash a house without some % of it in my mix.Yes It does leave a citrus smell.I use e-plus now eucalyptus smell. Both are good. -
Thanks Jim.It was good talking to you.

Here are some pics. The work performed was putting in these sidewalks and then painting them with expoxy.I really had to bite my tongue trying to stay profesional and not bash this guys work. The cement is on other things not pictured. The customer said he wont answer his phone or return messages.Funny thing is he is a lawyer and said it would cost him more in litigation to have the "contractor"pay for it. If I decline the job I'd like to give Him an eduacated answer as to why.Check out the pics You really have to see it in person to appreciate it.

$144 with taxes and no delivery fee for a 55er here. Another supplier contacted me and said he can deliver for $100 waiting to meet him. I wonder what it is at cost.

I just got a call to give an estimate for a vinyl house wash. The homeowner said the contractor who installed the siding said to not use sodium hypochlorite(bleach).I did a search and found this.Thought I'd share in case anybody runs into this problem. http://www.vinylsiding.org/aboutsiding/cleanmain/cleaning/
