Hi Ryan Thanks for the input. No, this was rust (I think). We are back there again on Sunday. I need to get someone to physicaly show me how to upload/download (or what you call it) pictures. I've never bought the crystals, but I pick them up Friday. I'll "search" again to make sure I'm using the right mix and safety precausions.

Beware of buying from Ultimate Washers

How many businesses have gone out of business because they couldn't see the forest for the trees?????????????? -
I'll agree with Ken on the portland cement, and add that natural enzymes are very effective as well. If you keep the enzymes on pavers and it dries you'll end up with a white haze. Obviously not an issue with regular concrete.

As I awoke this morning, When all sweet things are born, A Robin perch upon the sill, The sign of coming morn, The bird was young and cheerful and gay, And so sweetly did it sing, Chumped into my heart was love and laughter, Tiss spring The bird sang for quite a while, And stopped for a minutes lull, So I crept up and pulled the window down and crushed his F---ing scull.

It's all about networking. The more people out there that know who you are, and what you do, the more likely you will be to succeed. No magic words of wisdom.Just get your name and or face in front of as many people as you can.

From The Pied Piper, To The Publishers Clearing House. Freedom of Speach, Free Enterprise, and the right to LIE, MISLEAD and CHEAT.Some people are followers.Attacking the weak and meager, to the gullable and should know betters. These scum bags have been around since the beggining of time. USA and the right to bear arms. Shouldn't you guys have an open season on them at some point every year. LOL In all seriousness I feel bad for those spending what little they have left. But in all fairness, some just don't care and for what ever reason it makes them feel better. I'm glad it's not my family sending the $$$$$$ Lets be thankfull that the good outway the bad (in every walk of life, including some in the pressure wash business).

Guy's in bed with a married woman, and they hear a car door slam. Woman says thats my husband, and if he catches us, he'll kill us both. Man jumps up,runs all around the room collecting his cloths, jumps in the closet and closes the door. Hears a little voice in the closet say "DARK IN HERE ISN'T IT" , looks down, and there is this 5 year old boy standing there. Boy says thats my mommy out there, and if you don't give me some money "I'm going to scream". Look kid "I'll give you twenty bucks". Kid says "I'm going to scream". Look kid "I'll give you forty bucks". Kids says "I'm going to scream". Look "I'll give you sixty five bucks,It's all the money I have". He gives the boy $65 dollars,an hour goes by, he gets out of the closet and gets away. Next day the boy's out shopping with his mommmy. He says mommy, I want a two wheel bicycle. Honey we can't afford a two wheel bicycle.Kid says "sure we can I've got sixty five dollars". "Where'd you get the money"? "I'm not telling you". So she takes him down to the church and says "Father my son has sixty five dollars and he won't tell me where he got it". Father grabs the little boy by the ear, takes him into the confession box and slamms the door. Little boy says "Dark in here isn't", and the priest says "Don't start that s--t again". -

No pressure washing????????????????????????????? Can I assume there was no or little stain in between the floor boards. I've refinshed 3 hardwood floors over the years, using the same machines you have in your pictures. I met a guy last year who does the same thing, mostly floors but loves the odd job outside. The job looks nice.Way 2 go -

That's "BALLS". Absolute "BALLS". Not my style but "BALLS" There wouldn't be much chance of someone missing the point of the mailer. -
Ryan I sold my furniture business years ago, but still have a decent setup at my house.Table saw will cut at 39" at the fence, air nailers, compound mitre saws, all the dato blades, drum sander,routers........I also have a friend in town that has a nice oporation if your interested. If you can squeeze it in your trip, I'm sure I can find the time to get together. Mississauga is the town next door. Miss's population is about 800,000. Needless to say it's quite big. What kind of work will you be up here for???? Where abouts in Miss are you going??? Any idea what sort of time frame. I go island hoping mid Jan-beginning of March.

I'll second Todd on the watco products. I'm actualy a cabinet maker by trade, and have used quite a bit of the watco and minwax finishes. Just be carefull of the rags when you're done with them. We had a scenario one night and the self combustion was happening at 4am when I woke in my bed to remember I hadn't soaked them or put them outside. (that was luck). You can buy a clear lacquer at sherwin williams and apply it with a cup gun. Comes in mat, semi, or high gloss.

Some one had to reply with the other side of the story. About a year or more ago I opted to partner up with someone I've known 16 years. He has been in the pressure wash business the whole time. He kept his business and I kept mine. So where's the partnership? He does primarily underground garages (washing & line marking), parking lots (sweeping & line marking).Knows how to repair all the equiptment. And has a ton of equiptment (airless sprayers, blowers, road sweeper, scafolding, welders, line painter,.......) I on the other hand am more into the residential (decks, interlock, house washes) commercial (gum & graffiti removal, high rise balcony cleaning.....). I have equiptment that Steve does not. I am also more experianced in sales. I guess you would say "We joint venture" We take on jobs that we wouldn't normaly get with out each other. A close knit referral within ourselves. So far so good. Will it last????????? Only time will tell. NO!!! I would never take on a silent partner. And YES I agree that most partnerships are not going to work.

Paver Cleaning and Sealing
Richard replied to Dan Stapleton's question in Residential Pressure Washing
We do a lot of warranty work for one of the bigger brick companies. One of the things they have us do is EFFLO removal. This year has, for what ever reason, has caused me grief in removing. I'm searching for a different product. There is an online company based out of the USA that I can get up here called "Aldon Chemicals". They claim to have a treatment product that has grabbed my attension. I'm hoping someone on here has at least heard of them, as it is $40 a gal. The job site is two hours each way. I need to get the job done in one shot. A return trip will kill my profit. Anyone with info please help. -
The only thing I use mine for is collecting dust. Glad to hear you found another use for yours.

Good or Bad, nothing lasts forever. We must always be changing, to keep the momentum moving.

Tagaway is amazing. I did the job last night under a flood light. Temperature was down to about 50 degrees. It took a little longer because of the temp, but worked amazing. No ghosting. Sprayed the whole wall (misted), and wiped to give an even look.Quick easy money. If only they would all go that well.
