  1. Angry Homeowner

Took me a while to realize the same thing. When we first started out, I knocked on doors, hung door hangers, etc...realized that it usually pissed people off more than anything. We have much more success with professional looking postcards and local advertising. I agree with David...
  2. Black Night

We've been running a Black Night 8gpm belt drive from SunBrite for almost 2 years and have had no issues to speak of...good machine so far.

  6. I need a hat!!!

That's not to say that you ignore them, just don't waste your time chasing them...just my 2 cents. The ones that appear "clean" are probably using someone on a regular basis to keep them that way...work on making that someone be you (o:
  9. 2009 list of charities to donate to

Honor Flight is an organization that escorts WWII vets to the memorial in DC. These men and women that served in WWII enabled us the freedom to have our own businesses and live the lives we have. Let's help get them to see the memorial in their honor.
  10. Just wanted to say THANKS!

Brian - well said...I can relate as The Grime Scene and the people that post here have offered me a lot of "aha" moments over the years. Thankfully, it never stops as you can learn constantly from these folks! - John
  11. Finally

Jeez Jeff...about time you got with the program and started using that "internet machine"...LOL
  12. White Paint on Red Brick Home

    +1 for Taginator...GREAT stuff...
  13. Mixing Simple Cherry

Rick - If you have the space, we mix up 55 gallons at a time and use it as needed. If 55 is too much, try a 15 or so. This way it's ready when you need it. - John
