Thad replied to RPetry's question in Wood Cleaning & Restoration - Decks, Fences, etc.
Super cold (for down here) and windy. This time last year we were in the 90s. -
Yep, be sure to check them out, Tom. I know you said the printing discount was a big savings but be sure to use your PWRA membership to the fullest. We have added so many new benefits since you joined!

Learn sales. You’re crippled until you do. Some are naturals but it can be taught, too.

How many of us wear hats while working?
Thad replied to C&S Property Services's question in The Club House
Columbia booney hats. They hold up ok (not great, but ok) to house wash. The ventilated crown keeps the noggin cool and the wide brim keeps off the hw mix and the sun. Both burn in the summer! -

FREE Roof Cleaning Certifications?? Say it can't be so..........
Thad replied to NJWashingGuy's topic in Business Topics & Tips
Oh, absolutely, that was an inside joke with Charlie and a couple of others. When the PWR forum when live it had over 5000 members and Chris and I had “member since 2008” as well as all existing users because our forum guy cloned WCR and all that carried over. A couple of the usual people did a lot of moaning and squealing that I had been secretly building it while I was on the ***** BOD and what a horrible person I was. Charlie was one of the few people who actually called to find out what was what. We had a good laugh when I told him how we got that many members over night. It was an attempt at levity on my part. I’m sorry if I came off the wrong way. - - - Updated - - - Sorry if I derailed the conversation. -

I don't think they would ban you for asking questions- even the hard ones. The converse is why would you want to participate anywhere that would? -

Anyone ever heard of sparkle washing wood siding?
Thad replied to WoodDoc's question in Residential Pressure Washing
I've heard of the Sparkle Wash franchise but not a process called SparkleWashing a house. If it catches on I think I'll "word mark" it. -

Sparkle washing!? Maybe the realtor said soft wash and she didn't remember correctly. -
