  1. Probably not the right place for this, and yes I will contact the local licensing offices but I was wondering how do you all create "additional" businesses? I am incorporated as " EnviroClean Pressure Washing Corporation" I want to create a new "Division" called Caribbean Exhaust Services Company CESCO for short. I am just wondering if I need to incorporate that or can I just say CESCO a Division of....???
  2. How do you go about creating a new division?

So is Restore-A-Deck a division of Pressure Pros? How do you set up bank accounts? More importantly how do you get paid? Who would they write checks to? EnviroClean or Grease Pirates of the Caribbean?
  3. Trailer floor protector

Used conveyor belt. Works great!!! You can buy it new from a rubber and industrial place but if you have a lot of factories near by, try to make contact with someone. Here on the Island most of the major Pharmeceuticals have several plants, so I scored some replaced belt from the makers of Viagra!!!
  4. I snapped a couple of photos for you guys in Southern California. I know many of you will be outraged at the condition.....
  5. Those are two different decks. The first one is at the Tour Bus loading area at the San Diego Zoo. The second one is at the View House Located at 9,856 Feet above sea level at the Snow Summit Ski Resort in my home town of Big Bear Lake California. They both need a good dose of Restore-A-Deck and some quality Wood Tux Wet.
  6. I am so sick of the Gas whiners

    Wasn't it 80 BILLION?
  7. This is just me but I would get at least one section of 100' HP hose and then couple the 50 footer on there. I went right away with 2 100' ers and have never even run water throught the 50'er the machine came with.
  8. Taking a Vacation

Enjoy the Vacation Carlos, The family and I are on are way to Socal this weekend, mini vacation, mini training for labor, haven't been back home in many years, Jr. has never seen the Rat at Disneyland.
  9. Sales Tax?

This is probably a silly question but Puerto Rico just signed sales tax into law and I need enlightment. Up until now if you went to WalMArt and something had a price tag on it that said $9.99 on it, you paid exactly $9.99. Now with the sales tax it will be just like the states everything plus tax. So here is my question....do you folks charge sales tax to your customers? If you do a housewash for $325.00 do you charge that plus tax? I am considering moving to a different Island or just back to the states if costs keep going up:lgangry:
  10. First Time Home Buying Financing

If you are a vet you can buy a house for $11.00 down!!!! Pride for serving your country and VA Home Loans are the only reasons military service isn't a total waste.

  16. reeling it in

Hey I just got my Reel back from Cox, this time they sent a brand new one, they didn't rebuild it again like they did the first time. Thanks Cox Reels.
  17. reeling it in

The less expensive---cuz they weren't cheap cox reels with the tension lock do not have a definite lock. I crushed one reel within a week of purchase by leaving the hose on while washing. The two reels cost me 600 bucks with shipping this is why I went less expensive and why I bought two....when I do it over I will buy rapid or Haney. Cox did replace the crushed reel but UPS damaged the reel upon re-shipping
  18. reeling it in

Seems like folks that have Haney reels have better luck. I for one will not purchase cox again. I have used the bungee cord method and it does help. I have the model with the adjustable tension "lock" it doesn't do much to "lock" the reel....just my experience.
  19. reeling it in

    Good Lord willing....;)
  20. reeling it in

I have been pulling off 100' and bypassing reel by qc'ing right out of the burner when shorter length is required.
